The unit in the master bedroom was problematic from the start. The bedroom would not cool off. We wound up putting in a window unit while we waited for them to return. The master bedroom unit was the furthest from the original condenser, and we think that the length of the piping was not efficient and that is why the room would not cool off. They installed a separate condenser just for the bedroom. (Generating 2 separate fees every year for maintenance) Periodically, the unit would tick so loudly it would wake us up. They came back out, of course we could not re-create the issue, but they didn't even bother to take a detailed look at the unit to see what was going on in with the bedroom unit. The tech got nasty with me, and was very condescending. When we called them to schedule the yearly maintenance we were told they were out of business. We hired another company who came out. The tech took the unit apart, cleaned it put it back and the unit stopped ticking. All the technician did was clean the unit and snapped everything back into place.

We ended up going with someone who specializes in our particular boiler, but I would have gone with Airtemps if we hadn't found them. Great customer service!!

After having them mow.our lawn for approximately 6 years..we just had a very bad experience with them. One guy came to mow (usually they send 2) he mowed half of it (took at least 10 breaks that we counted in a 3 hour period) and left (not completing the job). BTW he worked extremely slow, it looked deliberate as this never happened before. I called the office and spoke with the lawn MGR after he left my property, while the job was still incomplete. I figured out this deceptive business tactic used by them after speaking to the "lawn Mgr". She basically refused to have the mower come back and finish the job tomorrow-- they didnt have time for us she said and that they had other properties to work on. They also jacked up the price from $175./ last season (2024) to $325./ for this season ( that is an 85.71% increase! ). In a previous conversation i had with "The Lawn MGR" mentioned there would be an increase and I said "I understand and agreed to the increase". And they still had the mower come to my property and behave this way. She said she would have a "field mgr. come and evaluate the property. They had plans to increase the price more. At this point I was finished with Dutch and their deceptive business tactics and fired them. The Lawn Mgr would not give me the owners name (Bruce Dutch) so i could have a conversation with him regarding this matter. Service both on the office end and mowing end has drastically diminished. I feel terrible that our once reliable good neighbor and lawn carer has resorted to this manipulative business tactic. We will no longer recommend this company for lawn, oil, propane or their customer service! You lost a good customer and your GOOD name!!!!! The original oil furnace in this circa 1988 home failed inspection this year due to a cracked heat exchanger coil and the release of CO into the 1 zone forced air heating. We had Glen Noble and his team in to evaluate our entire HVAC system. They came up with/installed a cost effective & energy efficient solution using a propane fired Navien Combi wall mounted boiler feeding a new hydro air heat exchanger and a new Heil 5 Ton central AC unit, augmented by 2 Mitsubishi mini-split HVAC units to overcome the single zone ductwork in this 2 story mid-century modern home. The job included planting a 500 gal propane tank in the ground, removal of the original oil tank, oil furnace, oil hot water heater, heat exchanger & A/C unit. We are very pleased with Glen/Ed & their team's work!
