Few years ago, had him put a D-loop on for $10 and he acted like I was an idiot for not knowing how to do my own. Decided to give it another chance and went in to look at buying a new bow and I picked one up and pulled it back safely and securely and he yelled at me Infront of other customers and acted like I was an idiot once again instead of being respectful and teaching. Needless to say, I'll be going up north to spend my money on archery from now on

The t shirts looked good, but i didn't get them all, what I did get was difficult to get. A week…read moreafter I was told they would be done I went in to see if they were there. They had all but one done. I was told the last one would be in the next day. I called and was told it was there. I went in and they tried to give me someone else's order. Never asking my name or looking up my invoice. I described what I was told the day before and the woman just said "oh the woman you spoke to will be in tomorrow, I only know about the orders up front." I told her they were a week late and I have a recital. She still never looked up my invoice or offered any kind of accountability. So I finally broke the silence and said I guess I'll try back tomorrow. I later called and canceled the last shirt. There was no apology, no offer of any reconciliation for the extreme inconvenience, no offer to do anything at all, she just stood there. When I called to cancel and pay for what I did get another woman answered who never asked my name or looked up my invoice and didn't remember I was in the store 10 minutes earlier. She passed me off to someone else and when I asked to pay I had to ask her "do you have my invoice?" She then went and got it and charged me for the shirts.
