After waiting about 15 minutes, another employee walked by. When asked for help, they responded in a rude manner, saying they had too much to do, and only briefly pointed out where the item was instead of actually helping. Customer service like this is frustrating and unprofessional. If the item wasn't needed, we would have walked out. Definitely reconsidering shopping here again.

In CA to purchase ammo, you need to show ID, prove you have previously purchased a firearm, pay $1 fee, be subject to verification via computer and often, a lengthy wait for approval. This prevents crime? Of course not. Sportsman's Warehouse in St. George is a great place, thanks for a glimpse of rationality. And great ammo prices !

One of the biggest things about this business is that they consistently have good people working for them and very good customer service. Their entire store is a grownup toy store for the outdoor enthusiast. Prices are fair, the quality of the merchandise is very good, and the store is always neat, clean, and well organized with plenty of merchandise to choose from. And it's not just a guy store. My wife also enjoys going there, shopping for clothing mainly, and others do dads. There are items in there for the kids as well. So check it out. You'll enjoy it. For the first time, I was able to see or hold real firearms which are allowed in CA only in picture form. Being a resident of CA, I am not allowed to buy them, but at least I can look at them. Ammo prices are fabulous here. I bought what I needed and walked out of the store, thinking "What's wrong with this picture?" It was that I wasn't treated like a potential criminal, as in CA. No ID required, no $1 fee, no computer check, no waiting for the results. Just buy the ammo like a normal law-abiding citizen. One of the friendly gun department staff members compared notes with me about gunsmiths, and we realized that we both favored Bolsa Gunsmithing in Westminster, CA. That was surprising. This store is very well inventoried in just about every category other than firearms and ammunition. It is a pleasure to view all the camping and hiking equipment, as well as home patio furniture and supplies. Thanks for being there for me !

Last week I pulled it out and tried it and it did not work. It was a complete failure. I went back to the store with it and explained the situation and they said sorry nothing we can do. Apparently they are under new management. Management that does not value long-term customers. I will take my business and my recommendations and my classes elsewhere. I miss Mr. Webb as the manager. Today I spoke with a rep from Specialized who said Wade reached out to them and we have a new motor being installed in our turbo levo e bike. Cannot recommend this shop and customer service enough.
