I know I can rely on a treadmill component and a floor/row component and mentally prepare for those tasks. I also like that I can adjust my workout based on how I'm feeling that day (walk vs run ,heavier or lighter weights ). I very much value the professional trainers who guide us through the work outs and answer questions. Front desk staff are great too!

I finally decided to give it a shot, and called about an hour prior to a class, they said they could accommodate me and needed me there 20 min before class to fill out paper work (and I am sure listen to a sales pitch). I said I would do my best, but there was fresh snow on the ground and the class started so soon. I rush there and arrived about 12 min before class, and they rudely announce they need to reschedule me because I was "late". It takes about 5 min to fill out paper work at a doctor's office, so I have no idea what they needed me to do there. Horrendous service. Bad attitude. Invasive marketing. Places like this should close. Working out should be a nice experience, it should relieve stress - rather than add it. I've had better experiences in NYC Orange Theories, but now will NEVER return to the franchise.
