The juice bar is good too with various protein drinks. They have pickleball courts that double as basket ball courts. Hopefully they will expand a little more and add the pool. They have some interesting process for guest members such as getting their blood pressure taken and I've seen guest clients be turned away temporarily because of it.

Best trainers, best equipment, cleanest gym, best owners and best supportive members. I started 5 years ago and thought I was too old but started anyway for the challenge. It is the hardest but fun workout and you leave every day feeling accomplished. I was part of a regular gym for 5 years and only went 5 times in 5 years, here...I go 5 times in 1 week! I may be the oldest woman here but they challenge me like everyone else and I like that. I'm not the fastest or strongest but I'm am the fittest that I can be and that is good enough for me. Every workout is a challenge but modified for you. I feel as if I have a personal trainer without the expense. So thrilled with this gym that I had my husband and son join.
