I picked up the bike and upon bringing the bike home I noticed it looked like a pit bull had chewed on the cable. Naturally I called to point this out to which the owner said I brought it to them like that. A lie! He said to bring it in and he will fix it, no thanks my bike has had enough damage to it from hacks. I paid the HD dealer to replace it out of my own pocket instead of accepting a Boyd Cycle fix.
