From day 1 Ron was friendly, informative and outgoing through the entire process. Ron arranged to get my bike moved from the shop that towed it to his shop and helped me through the insurance process. Ron started our communications asking how I was doing and asking me the details of what happened, this was way more than even my insurance company did and that went a long way with me. Ron kept me up to date the entire time my bike was in the shop, he would bring me into the garage to show me the repairs as they moved along and asked me for input as the process moved along to make sure the right parts were ordered and everything was in the same place as I remembered it. Ron would also spend all the time I needed answering my questions and explaining things. I never felt rushed or like I was just another payday for Boyd Cycle. Boyd Cycle went above and beyond for me and my bike. On top of the repairs, they also changed my plugs, fluids, and made sure my bike was ready for the season.
