They've told me that my front breaks were bad, but told me that the rear ones could wait, when they could have replaced all four without me questioning them, or that a clunking sound I thought was my rear suspension was actually just a loose exhaust that could be cheaply welded on. They've also diagnosed problems, told me the price to fix them, and then when I opted not to bother with the repair or to replace the part myself, didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis. You can be confident that when you take your car to them you'll get good work done at an honest price.

Seems like they double booked and was understaffed at that hour. The staff at the counter said a couple of his staffs called in late. I had to wait in the waiting area for pretty much the entire morning for my car to finish. After I got my car back, I realized that they swapped out my nice metal valve caps on my tires for cheap plastic ones. The wheel alignment report was not very informative and based on what I can make out, it seems like they might have made some of the alignment angles worst. While driving highway speeds, I find that the car drifts to the left when my steering wheel is directed straight. I have to turn my steering slightly right to go straight at highway speed. Plus they didn't get the tire pressure to my car's correct spec. The guy at the counter took his time to tell me about the rebates I can get online which I appreciate. But overall, it had been a disappointing experience from waiting so long, having my nice valve caps switched out, and the worsen alignment. The wait room was also small. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this spot. I would drive alittle further for a shop with better reputation.

I was disappointed with the service advisors' demeanor and their attempt to make it appear as…read morethough they were doing me a favor by examining my flat tire. The tire had 12,000 miles on it and required an internal patch. After agreeing to inspect it, they had me leave the vehicle for three hours, only to inform me before closing it that the tire was not reparable. They had not removed the tire from the rim to even inspect it; a nail was embedded in the thread, located far enough from the sidewall to be repaired. Additionally, they provided prices for two new tires, stating that they had to be replaced in pairs. I requested a temporary plug, but they refused and suggested that I seek assistance from another shop. I subsequently visited Firestone in Revere, where they patched the tire from the inside while I waited. I would have appreciated if they had simply informed me that they were too busy to address the issue promptly. Offering me two new tires is just wrongfully misleading.
