Second of all my sales rep promised me a demo ride on Polaris slingshot and said it would be just in time for the weekend of my wife's birthday on sept11 so I didn't make any plans and that ultimately fell through and upset me. I tried three more times after that to set up demos and I just seemed to keep getting the runaround from him on setting up a time as I'm coming from Maine so that's something else that was bothering me I just feel if you can't make something happen then don't promise it to a client and the third thing would be the text that you sent me the next day on Sunday morning the wording felt disrespectful and rude I was told by sales rep that you guys where working that Sunday and I don't care if a customer messages you at midnight you don't respond the way you did that's was very unprofessional and incalled for I mulled it over for a few days and talked to other people about it and they agreed it was wrong that's what ultimately lost you the sale of multiple machines and any future business I hope you can use this to help better serve people in the future so they don't have the same experience I did thank you and have a good day but at the end of the day the owner is the biggest cuck I've had the pleasure of meeting and should no way be handling customer service or talking to people this place is a joke an I wish I never shopped here to begin with

I figured the bike would be tied up in the shop for weeks waiting for parts, it was ready in a couple of days. Sal is honest. extremely talented and doesn't try to up sell you stuff you don't need. I don't get impressed by many people, but I am truly blown away with Sal's work. PS Two other repair shops were scared to work on a bike that old.

I live in Boston but my Volvo guru here in Newbury recommended Coastal Collision to have some…read morecosmetic work done including installation of front OEM winglets (already paint matched) as part of the S60R's sport kit, repair of a lower trim piece that was a casualty of opening and scraping on a curb and fixing some clips on the front and rear bumper covers. I spoke with Tony on a Friday and he was able to fit me in on a Wednesday of the following week (Memorial Day weekend) and the car was completed early Thursday morning. Tony was extremely knowledgable going over each component and the steps they would take to install/repair while keeping my bottom line in mind. Tony even dissuaded me from respraying the front bumper cover (didn't need it anyway since the winglets would cover the small rock chips and the labor cost to dismantle and reinstall would be high) as well as not going the route of replacing/painting a totally new trim piece. I am ridiculously meticulous with my car and Coastal truly exceeded all my expectations especially on their workmanship, professionalism, communication and overall cost. I expected the job to be a lot more $$ for what they accomplished - the price was lower than the estimate. Tony is a straight shooter and his honesty and transparency is refreshing. I did not have any paint work or blending done but in my mind, I would not hesitate at all to return to Coastal for any of my vehicle's bodywork/painting or custom installation needs. My receipt was from the Danvers location. I got a call Tuesday at 5:30pm from seabrook saying that they didn't have the bike I ordered in stock at either location. I explained what my confirmation email said and the very sympathetic employee from seabrook said he would call Danvers so see if they had put the bike aside without his knowledge. Danvers was already closed for the day so he offered to call and get back to me in the morning. 10:15 Wednesday I get a call from the owner, with a big attitude, telling me that they don't have the bike. Zero sympathy or compassion for me, the customer. He claims it was in seabrook and must have sold right before I ordered but doesn't know when. I was obviously upset, having ordered Monday and only finding out two days later that they sold me a bike they didn't have. The owner acted annoyed that he even had to call me and said "I don't know what to tell ya". He offered to cancel the order or order the bike (which would come in 7-10 business days), but we are leaving on vacation and needed a bike sooner. He said "sorry" like he was forced to, and was just overall not nice to me. I would recommend Buchika or Philbrick's for your bike needs. Philbricks went above and beyond and legit built a bike for us same day (normally a 2-4 day turn around) so we'd have it for vacation.

At the Manchester dealer I was quoted well over $9K for a bike I just paid $7K for from Rochester. Also here in Rochester I got a 5 year warranty with the lower price. They were only discussing a 3 year warranty for that larger price in Manchester. But more than that, Rochester Motorsports was a low-pressure, hassle-free negotiation. They answered all of my questions about their dealer fees and warranty fees right up front as soon as I asked. Their dealer fees were a fraction of the dealer fees the Manchester dealer was offering. And they wanted over $200.00 to deliver my bike to me in Portsmouth from Manchester. Do yourself a favor and just go to Rochester first. Do your homework like a smart consumer, so that you know the actual MSRP of the product you are buying and can understand how much in fees the dealer piles on. You can even Google the estimated costs for repairs or the frequency of breakdowns for a particular model. But in the end you should buy your bike or ATV from Rochester Motorsports.
