As we have had oil change work done on this vehicle before by them we trusted the diagnosis but still felt it just needed a New Radiator as the car only had 33,000 miles on it. The head gaskets are never a problem with this type of car. When car was ready for pick up they said it needed a new Radiator as it was leaking. We were charged $2235.00 for New head gaskets and the radiator was still leaking. We tried to work with them and settle on $1000 and replace the radiator. They said no. The lady at the desk was so rude when I called her to come pick up the car . She didn't want to deal with my husband. It's his car and he had been dealing with them from the beginning. Showing Grace I picked up the car. The Mental Anguish dealing with the lady at the desk and other gentleman at the counter was not necessary. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they sided with Meineke. The response letter from Meineke to the Credit Card Company was very mean, rude and not becoming of how a business should treat anyone. I certainly won't ever go back there again or recommend Meineke Of Lenoir City, TN to anyone.

In todays business climate, it's not just enough to do a good job, but with reviews and the internet working for and against you, you better know your stuff. So, I said 4 Cross Climate 2 tires, and anything else it needs. Nobody tried to sell me what I didn't need for moms ride (13' Roo Outback with 32k miles) checked it all out for me, matched the quote I had been given. I will now be bringing everything we have to them. Bonus for clean bathroom, very well heated, nice chairs, and friendly people. I mostly had by email and phone talked with Wayne Carlisle. He got my tires in didn't give me any hassle since its not a on the shelf thing. Roughly 2 hours four tires mounted balanced and alignment. Today 4.5 out of 5 stars, if they would have had coffee or a tv Id have given them all five stars!

Creekwood auto used to be a very honorable and upstanding auto repair shop. I have a feeling since…read moreour last visit... this business has changed hands. Our recent experience that happened over the July 4 week...yielded a worker, I assume the new owner... who is not only rude but also elected to used profanity. He lied and was completely unprofessional. We brought my daughter's vehicle in to be evaluated for suspension issues. The estimate came back listing all these areas that had nothing to do with a suspension. It was a method of upselling. Making more money when it was not a necessary fix. We declined all services because the prices were over the top ridiculous. A brake job...was quoted at almost $800. Brakes while important... really don't have a lot to do with suspension specifically. We went to pick up the vehicle when we were slapped with a $250 inspection charge. No actual work was done. It was all denied. The average inspection which takes approximately 32 minutes... should yield a cost between $50-$100. I'm getting this information right off of Google. These are nationwide statistics. When I discussed this fee with the gentleman... who does not deserve this title...he said it took him a full hour to "write up" the estimate. First of all, what the heck does that mean? Writing up the inspection should be factored into the cost of an actual visual inspection. So basically... they charge $230 not including tax...for one hour of time... which is 100% higher than the national average. I have the receipt to prove it. He even said we authorized this inspection. No. We did not. This is a lie. We authorized for him to look at the suspension of the vehicle, not for all the other things that they decided to evaluate without our knowledge. I paid the full bill. When I got home, I was actually thinking about disputing the charges. This repair shop no longer bears the high values and ethics it once had under previous ownership. It was great under previous management. Of course I'm assuming due to the change in ethics and values, that Creekwood auto is under new ownership. If it's not, then the dude needs to be fired. He is bringing down this business. When we brought this same vehicle to a totally different mechanic a few weeks later, not only did they confirm there were no suspension issues... but they also confirmed there nothing wrong in the areas listed on the "should fix" bullet points stated on Creekwood auto inspection report... The new shop fixed the brakes/rotors and did a full tuneup for $425. I paid more than half of this sum to Creekwood auto for a one hour inspection. Think twice before bringing your vehicle to Creekwood auto. You will be fully ripped off if you do. Do your research. Call around to other mechanics. Get pricing for an inspection. If you choose to use Creekwood auto (big mistake) at the time of dropping off your vehicle... get in writing the scope of work behind why you're bringing your vehicle in. Also getting in writing the price for their inspection. Never again will anybody in my family use Creekwood auto. They have lost a customer for life. Hopefully this review... will make auto owners aware of the unprofessional the shenanigans detailed above. They have been reported to Better Business Bureau. To any current customers... review, review, review... Post a Google review with a rating whether your experience be good or bad. Consumers should know about the experiences of others Do your research and think twice before using them. You are in control of the wheel. Don't let Creekwood auto take this right away from you. Get this Yelp allows business owners to take down unfavorable reviews. Who knows how long my review will last. Disappointing!!
