I finally decided to get out of my way to write a review. I came after closing hours and this young man named Memphis comes out of the store and asked me if I need any help. I had just needed to add some oil to my engine, and as soon as I realize that I came after closing hours, I just pulled over on the side of the store and decided to refill my oil tank. I was not expecting any help or trying to cause anyone to feel bad for me. I respect that it's after closing hours. People need to go home. I was just minding my own business. But like I said he came out to help fill up the oil tank, check the oil levels and which is so gracious kind and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They deserve all my business and yours as well.

Luckily they did still have it! Bottom line, my car is currently with another shop getting repairs it needed to begin with and repairs to correct Pep Boys horrible work. Thousands of dollars in repairs, and thanks to this place, the bill just keeps climbing! If you value your car. Take it someplace else. ZERO stars if I could choose that!

I won't be going back here because this is the second time he has been rude and condescending towards me and I don't enjoy being treated like an idiot. They don't do tires, as they can't compete with the big stores on price and don't want to charge customers more than the going rate - they're honest. I called yesterday to schedule an oil change...and the manager Nate remembered me! From 3 years ago! That made me really happy:) He remembered my car, (because it had been leaking oil severely at the time!) and he even reminded me that when I came in 3 years ago, I bought a 5-pack of oil changes, and I still had 4 left!!!
