*PLEASE DON'T GO HERE* We took our F-150 to AutoPro Alcoa on Gill St in March 2025 for warranty repair on a turbo and came out having to tow it to a Ford dealer and needing a new engine! AutoPro had the truck over a month (had to return twice) and following the final pick up, fluid drained everywhere and the engine locked up on the side of the road so we towed it to Ford. Ford claims per the attached invoice this was due to faulty install of the turbo and provided many photos for documentation. AutoPro initially tried to make it right by putting in a new engine and the general manager promised verbally as well as in writing to reimburse our rental car expenses incurred as a result of this mess. Unfortunately, per the attached email chain from AutoPro's general manager, they are now refusing to reimburse our rental car expenses. We are also out another $4,500 as that's what it took Ford to get the vehicle fixed following the new engine install. Shame on AutoPro! They left my family out to dry so we're having to sue following an already 6 months of disruption in our lives! Also, these bullies keep trying to get my reviews taken down but look at the evidence for yourself. The truth prevails. This place sucks. read more

Went to autopro because my cars headlight needed to be replaced. I had already bought the headlight, I just needed someone to install it because it's a little tricky in my car. I initially went to oreillys and they weren't able to do it. I then went to Firestone, and they wouldn't touch it since I didn't buy the part from them. I asked who they recommended and they said autopro down the street. I walked in and they had it installed in about 20 min for no charge (the case holding the bulb in place was a little broken so it took longer than usual). Awesome service and very friendly staff. Then after receiving quote via text and going to approve it, I see a $39 charge they tried to sneak in for "Shop Supplies". This was in addition to the high "Parts and Labor". When asked what this was, they couldn't give me a sensible explanation and weren't even sure themselves.Not happy with them since the change in ownership. read more

Said the ford dealership put the wrong throttle body on the car. Were very scared that the intake was an aftermarket part but had nothing to do with the error codes. Eventually replaced the sensor myself which seems to have fixed the problem which is an 80$ part versus the throttle body being a 300$ part. I would not trust this mechanic with my car again. Maybe they're good at baseline problems but if you have recurring problems or aftermarket parts on your vehicle do not go here. read more

The price was decent because there was quite a bit of work that needed to be done. But when we drop the vehicle off the steering wheel was tight and exactly how it is supposed to feel. When we took the vehicle took the vehicle home,i the steering wheel did not feel the same. There was a lot of "play" in it . Meaning you could turn the wheel left or right and the and the wheels would not turn. Hard to explain in words. Except you know when you move your steering wheel from side to from side to side the car moves from side to side. Well my vehicle did that before it went in for service. Now it does not. We took it back immediately for them to check it out, and they kept it for hours, but could not fix it. So the vehicle went in working correctly, but it came out not working correctly. So we paid them a lot of money to tear up the car in a sense. I hope the mechanical work they did turns out all right? ‍ IDK? read more

Having car trouble while passing through town? Look no further! I had car trouble on a Friday night, so I got a room at a motel to stay the night and get it looked at on Saturday. Saturday morning I took the car to the dealership. They said it would be 5 grand to fix it. Ouch! Well, two employees at the motel recommended Auto Pro, so I took it to them for a second opinion. They said they couldn't work on it, but that they would diagnose it. Well, first thing I know they are trying their best to fix it. They gave it a good shot, but it turns out the dealership was right - it was going to be an expensive fix. Auto Pro worked at it for an hour and didn't even charge me!
