Completely unprofessional, absolute joke of a marketing company…read more We have been working with this company to help market our new business and they have not delivered any sort of marketing material / content that provided any positive results -- or ANY results for that matter. With all the info we've provided about our business, they've failed in creating any sort of content that relates to what we do. Video content they create is made with stock footage and AI narration. Most of the stock footage and photos they used didn't even related to our business and the services we provide. They make no effort in creating a theme that matches your business's branding. Graphics and designs are worse than if a 12-year-old made it. We've made multiple requests on edits and changes that need to be made and they continue to push out content with those same mistakes. Worst of all, they started uploading on our social accounts with content that wasn't approved. This company is not looking out for your best interest. One of my posts that I personally created gives better results and engagement then anything they've delivered. Do NOT work with this company unless you want to be consistently disappointed with content you can't use for your business.

They will offer you refund if you are mot satisfied with thier service. How about I never used their services and still got charged and they refused to give back my any refund for over two years. They used fake names and I spoken to them in Arabic and they work and live in the USA. They will ask you to contact them after on WhatsApp and then you are screwed. As you will never get any refund back.

One of the most unprofessional companies ever. I made a Robert Half profile 2 weeks ago. I wanted…read moreto work directly with a recruiter. I called a location in Red Bank, was told to leave a message with Michelle. I did twice, she never returned my call. Then I used LinkedIn to find another recruiter. Jordan worked for the temp-hire department. He called me but was very discouraging about my resume and recent experience. He said he would give my information to the permanent job department. No one has reached out to me nor did he give me their contact information. Finally, using the app, instead of applying for a job in Red Bank, I was recommended to email a recruiter named Jennifer. I emailed her and no answer! I know we are in a pandemic, but I have been trying to work with a recruiter using phone/email and no one is helping me. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and from the experience the last 2 weeks, there needs to be an overhaul with how Robert Half runs their operations.

My experience with the Robert Half office at Red Bank and Woodbridge represented the poorest…read moretreatment a job seeker or applicant could receive. All promises but no delivery. I have been eagerly seeking employment through this office and was only sent out for a 15 minute interview that did not even need to happen. I was immediately told how impressed the recruiter had been with my application materials and even how I presented myself. I took the assessment tests and scored very high. I was told that I made a favorable impression on the staff. After that meeting in March, I never heard anything back until I started to press. I even saw positions that met my specifications in my area! Did I need to apply these positions on my own? My recruiter clearly knew what we had talked about. She said that she could get me into a position in 5 days. Still nothing. Then out of nowhere at the end of April I was aggressively recruited for a position in Higher Education which is exactly what I was looking for. Strange, because my recruiter in the Red Bank office said that they don't deal at all with Higher Education. So, I was recruited and pursued by another member of the Woodbridge office. Long story short, I went for the interview, which was entirely 15 minutes of dismissiveness. My recruiter expressed that I would be considered for other positions and that she wanted me to specifically call her after the interview. It is now 11 days later and I've nothing from Robert Half. Here's what I took away from this experience: they are only interested in keeping as many high numbers so that they have ample resources to draw from for their clients. They are not interested in their applicants. It's sort of like keep a larger number of jurors for jury duty. I am so beyond disappointed with their service and promises, which are lies. I'm also confused about how many jobs they really do have, if they claim to have that many clients, why not send an applicant on multiple interviews. It makes your office look better! When I finally called the office today, I spoke with a "member of the team" who could not give me any feedback. But on the day that they called back, the person I spoke with only wanted to hear feedback, or information so they could better inform themselves. Information is not a currency, but this agency is very keen to do so, at your expense. I have over 15 years of experience in administration and don't need to be treated like a number or a pawn. I believe that both of these offices need to held accountable for their actions. In an update, the Branch Manager for both Woodbridge and Red Bank offices called me and expressed how sad and upset she what at my experience. She did apologize for what happened and expressed that this is not the normal protocol for her office. She, however, did get the facts incorrect about how many times I had been contacted for jobs and I didn't feeling like there would be more jobs offered to me. Time will tell, and the office needs to reach out to me from now on.
