Unfortunately, after cutting a couple of holes in the ceiling, it was determined that the fan couldn't be installed as originally planned. My biggest disappointment was the condition the work area was left in. Electrical plates were left off with wires exposed, there was a mess that wasn't cleaned up, and the boxes/materials were placed on the street when I had expected they would be hauled away. I also would have appreciated having things put back the way they were before they left. I understand that not every installation goes as planned, which is why I didn't rate them lower. The technician made a good-faith effort, but the cleanup and attention to detail at the end of the job fell short of my expectations.

I'd contacted Remart to come out and find the real issue, and they were friendly/timely, etc. I wish I had used them to actually fix the generator, but since the other company had my warranty, I was forced to use them instead. (I'd finally reached the other company and had to relay the diagnostic Remart Electric gave me, and they didn't even come out to verify that was the case, they just updated their ticket, but that's another issue.) I plan to use Remart in the future for my maintenance of my generac.

He was very thorough in inspecting my breaker…read morebox and wiring, and outlets around my home, explaining everything that needed to be done, thus offering me 3 different options. Oscar and his team were very punctual each day. He's hands on... working along side several of his team, Chris and Israel, each day. They installed recessed lights (adding dimmer switches for the lights) and ceiling fans (also adding switch wiring to one fan). A dedicated circuit for my microwave hood, & a GFCI receptacle was installed. The underground wires from the transformer to my home were replaced, as well as a new meter box, and new breaker panel, and a whole house surge protector. Overall, Oscar, Chris and Israel were incredibly professional, polite, and very considerate with our comfort and our 15 month old grand baby"s needs (naps). Oscar would end each day, asking if we were satisfied with the work, or if we had any questions or concerns. He was incredibly patient and caring. They treated my home with respect (shoe coverings, tarps to cover floors, etc.). I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about these guys! They did a fantastic job...Highly recommend!
