I want start with how nice the members are! I dropped in this gym for 21 days. Every one said hi…read moreand or introduced themselves to me. The space is well equipped and the equipment is top notch! I love how everyday we did a question of the day, this was a great ice breaker. We also learned that most crossfitters are crazy....especially the ones who wake up Monday through Friday. Justin was super nice and very helpful he was the main coach. The 5:15 am class was fun and so very welcoming. The owner was very good at responding and answering all my questions. The gym peeps cheered EVERYONE on, including new drop in me. I really enjoyed this gym. The only suggestion I have is the programming. Mayhem is decent. It's not great, it's mid, in my opinion. This gym has some super fit peeps and I wonder if anyone has asked about the programming. I have been to well over 15 different CrossFit gyms. This gym is in my top 5, and I think their programming could be a tad better. Mayhem is associated with Rich Froning, so I assume it has that flex attached to the name. Lifting was 2-3 times a week, and since for whatever reason it was ordinarily two lifts it felt rushed. Followed by fast time capped workouts. However, there was a girl there who in my opinion was a bad ass! She was always off to the side doing her own thing, she only participated in class twice. I meant to ask what programming she was following, but we were too busy gabbing about our obsession with NOBULL shirts and Fleo pants:) there were 3 days where I was not impressed with the workouts. However the vibe, and the atmosphere got me up and brought me to the gym. Plus I paid 120 for 3 weeks, they had my money already so I was definitely showing up everyday. All in all this place is great and I can see why this gym is so successful. I wish I could do 4.5 stars but five means I loved it and I will be back!

I am unsure who would've answered a phone like that. I have been working out here for close to 6…read moremonths. My prior 15+ years at a 'globo' gym has not only shown flaws in my training regimen, but lack of knowledge altogether. I have played sports all of my life and would consider myself in above-average shape overall. My friend is a trainer at a 'globo' gym and received his credentials via an online 2-hour course (hooray!). The programming here is as close to 'tailored-for-you' as it gets, trainers are top-notch certified, and 'the box' is full of uplifting, positive people who are motivating and pushing you to reach your goals along the way. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to better their athletic performance - whether it be compete in your first marathon, try an Ironman, or just develop and maintain a more active lifestyle to get the most out of life.

When you come to this school, you will get a wealth of knowledge from Pai Lum martial arts that will teach you health, balance, strength, confidence, discipline, comradery, and several other qualities. Since it is a fulltime school, you are able to have the option to train on several days, stop in on off hours to use some space to train and do different type of classes during the week. There is Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Arnis. Another benefit is that it is about self-defense, but what I love is the drive on health and fitness you get from it too. Sifu teaches how to build strength and healthiness during the process of learning a traditional art. He is dedicated to your wellbeing, health and martial art experience with passion. -Dan P

My wife has balance issues and he encourages her to do as much as possible from a folding chair. This is proving quite effective, my wife sits much less as time goes by. There is a nice mix of ages in the classes: late teen through us old fogies, all together working on the same forms. Very encouraging for my wife and I. Please come and join us, the more the merrier.
