I was visiting York for a wedding and wanted to get a workout in so I searched for some places. This one was close to my hotel so I decided to take a chance since there were no reviews but it looked nice and when I sent them a message here, they were super quick to respond. So so glad I tried them out. The facility was super clean, and all of the trainers were VERY friendly and fun. Patrick taught my class and was awesome; great cues, great explanations of what to do and very positive. Tim and Alexa were also there training clients and they were both SO friendly and encouraging, I really didn't feel out of place which is always great when you are going somewhere for the first time. They are super accommodating for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. If I lived closer I would totally be a regular here. I needed to control my type 2 diabetes a little bit better. My doctor said I need to incorporate some more activity in my lifestyle even though I was already quite active playing baseball, golf and riding bike. Then my wife won a free month of workouts through her work and wanted me to go along. I was quite skeptical to say the least. Boy was I wrong in so many ways. From day one all the trainers were very personable to both of us and created a workout plan for us individually. We can't thank them enough, it's only been three months but we look forward to continuing our bi-weekly workout routines which have already helped improve our health and lifestyle. My son has been comming here for a year and 2 months. He has been playing football for the past 11 years. As he hit his 8th grade playing season the coaches seen a huge difference in him. His strength,speed,and agility went through the roof. He is now in 9th grade and this season he scored a lot of TD's. He was very hard to catch and bring down. In 1 game he rushed for 245 yards. PT has helped him in so many ways. At first the price I thought was steep but after I saw the difference it has made in my son it is so worth every dollar.
