I called power wash plus to wash the exterior of my house. My house was egged by local kids and the egg had dried in on the siding. With all the recent snow it was hard to solidify a date to get the job done but their office called me every week giving me an update as to when they could possibly get out to do the job. This morning Sergio came out to do the job. I must say I have never experienced a company with such excellent customer service. Sergio was mannerly, polite and professional. He did an excellent job. My house is shinning! Sergio also asked me to walk the property to make sure I was happy with the job he did. As a result of the very rainy summer of 2018 and our inattention, our HOA mentioned to us that we might want to change the north side of our siding from moss green to match the khaki color of the rest of the house. Powerwash Plus was quick to arrange and did a nice job, not expensive. I did opt for their "sealing" spray, which they described to me as something that would make it longer before its next powerwash. Not sure I'd do that again, the windows get sprayed along with the walls and were left with some drippy marks so that we had to powerwash those ourselves afterward. Overall it was a very positive experience, the employee who did the work was very pleasant and checked to make sure that I was happy with how everything had turned out.
