Wilian G., the business owner, came on the same day I called to get an estimate. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We wanted the gutters cleaned, new guards installed, and a few leaks repaired. Of the 3 companies I contacted, Wilian was the only one who actually got up on the roof and inspected all the gutters. He noticed one was full of water that never drained due to its angle; he was able to fix it and install a new downspout for it. He also saw where 2 of the upper roof downspout connectors should be extended into the lower gutters instead of draining onto the roof. He said our existing 5" gutters would be adequate once new guards were installed (the other companies said we should install new, 6" gutters--a huge expense). Wilian took into account a particular kind of guard we wanted, gave us several options, and itemized his estimate. His prices were very reasonable. Within a week, he was on-site with his installers (who are his company employees, not sub-contractors) to do the job. After they cleaned the gutters they tested them all and discovered every corner was leaking so they fixed them all. At the end of the job, Wilian gave us complete photos of the work and installation, and the installers cleaned up everything. Wilian showed us a small area of the roof that we might want to consider looking in to, as they discovered it wasn't stable when they walked on it. We just had a massive downpour and the gutters, downspouts, and guards worked perfectly. read more
