We found this place because it was the closest one and ran into some oddities. All the options to pay for gas outside were spray painted black and we had to pay inside. The lady behind the counter informed me that she needed to hold onto my card while I filled up which I found odd but foolishly agreed. After I filled up, my wife and I were on our way home and later that night we get alerts that our card has been used for DoorDash multiple times. All cards have been cancelled but this was the only time the card was not in my possession and the last item we purchased before we got home. Scammed. Also, no public restrooms. What real gas station doesn't have public restrooms? Never again. Stay safe.

The spots that were marked for parking were full so I just ended up parking next to other cars that I wasn't sure were being worked on or if I was okay to park next to. Turns out it was fine and I love my anxiety! When I walked up to the door and up to the counter I had no one greet me. . . I felt a little lost since I had never been to any tire place. I just stood there twiddling my thumbs as I waiting for someone to acknowledge me. This part was painless and started to ease my anxiety. They asked what type of car I had, the issue, and I handed them my keys. I sat and waited a little bit in one of the few chairs that were left. After a short time, for the amount of people in the waiting room, a nice man came up to me with my tire to show me the rubber flakes gathered at the bottom. MY TIRE WASSSS TRASHED because I ended up riding so low on it for who knows how long. Luckily! The number one reason I rated them a four! They had a "used tire" and offered to put it on. It only costed me $35 TOTAL! The tire looked brand new as it still had the Nubs on it. I left very pleased!

They worked with the insurance company and repaired my vehicle. They found several items that I didn't see and fixed them as well. I picked the vehicle up and couldn't believe my eyes! Took my son's car in for a routine oil change, nothing was leaking prior..got it home, noticed a…read morepuddle of oil underneath a few days later. Checked the oil level to make sure it wasn't low and it was WAY over filled on the dip stick. Checked the puddle under neath..clean new engine oil. So a couple weeks go by and I have my son take it back there to find out why it's suddenly leaking after just getting the oil changed and a clean bill of health. They told him it was leaking from all kinds of places and it would cost more to fix than what the car is worth and sent him on his way. So a week later I went in there hot and worked up, with him and got on them about it and told them I need to know what is going on because his car was perfectly fine before this oil change. So they took it back there and put it up in the air then brought me out in the shop and tried to tell me it's leaking power steering fluid and not engine oil. I said how? The puddle in my driveway is fresh oil. Not red power steering fluid. They got all uncomfortable and then said well, the technician forgot to mark down that it was leaking power steering fluid when it was here for the oil change, and tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the other shops fault that did the rack and pinion assembly. Then told me they "don't touch other peoples work" and I need to take it back to them. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to my other very trusted shop I've been going to for years. They checked it and it's leaking from the valve cover gaskets just like I thought and they were changed right BEFORE I got the oil change at Toyota. Zero power steering leaks!! Toyota overfilled the oil and blew out the brand new gaskets and they are refusing to admit it. So long story short. I have to pay AGAIN to have the valve cover gaskets changed. But definitely not at this piece of s*** shisty ass dealership! Don't take your vehicle here unless you want other new problems that they will try to gaslight you into thinking are someone else's fault. If I could give them zero stars I would. And I've been coming to this dealership for years!

They even filled all of my fluids in the vehicle, too. (Now I just wish they'd vacuum. LoL) The price was very reasonable! I think it was less than $35. Can't beat that. And they didn't push any additional sales on me. The guy who put my info into their system and doubled as my cashier didn't seem all that happy to be there. Didn't even give me eye contact. There's a single restroom and a tv inside the store. They also had a paper you could read and there's a bench outside to sit on as well. They did a great job. I'll be using them for now on instead of my dealer's shop. My dealers is a tad bit cheaper, but they might have your car all day. I hate that.
