I go here every time I come to town , but thus will be my last time wasting my money. Had to run it thru twice only to still have bugs on the front and the windshield. Come on of all places to not get clean? The only reason I gave 3 stars is the free vacuums and towels they have available to try to clean off your own windshield and try to wipe off the bugs that they did not clean! I started my monthly unlimited carwash last fall. I paused it while I was down south until Dec 02 and then used it in the month of December. I then went south again January 10 through April. They charged me every month even though I paused the service. After 5 attempts to call and leave messages and writing to their online site, I am reviewing their lack of customer care. I got my 2022 Lincoln Navigator washed today. They had a "new" employee. When he scrubbed the back of it he rammed the brush breaking my wiper! Went it to talk to someone inside to report what haand she was very rude and said they were to busy ( keep in mind that we drove right up and went through) and couldn't review the cameras to see what happened. She took a picture and said she'd email me later. she said we are just getting cars through as fast as we can. Which means it's all about the mighty dollar not customer service. I pulled into the second spot on lane one at 11:56. They proceeded to get to the other cars in the other lane. I asked for a refund at 11:21. 25 minutes my car was parked in the same spot with noone vacuuming it. Since the take over they raised to price about $8-$9 and slowed service. I have no intention of ever going back. They were not busy at all and had about 8 employees standing in the drying section. read more

Steer clear from this place. My vehicle has been scratched ever single time by the kids working there using the same towels to wipe down paint as they use for everything else. They rush through and do not care to pay attention to doing a good job. I often have to send my car back through multiple times. I also do not receive nearly the service I deserve from my monthly subscription to the ultimate package which is supposed to include air fresheners. The counters response is "I don't know what to tell you we don't have any" and go directly back to their conversations ignoring customers. This also happens with the wipe down crew who lean against a clean tailgate to shoot the breeze while their customer is standing right there waiting for their vehicle. Very dissatisfied and I fully intend on turning off my subscription at its expiration date. My 12 year old girl does a much better job. read more

2/24/16: I've had horrible service there many times. I've gone back and had them redo it but it's a pain to have a place wash your car twice every time. Today was my last visit rocket and here are some thoughts. 1st- they just don't do Armor All anymore. They always say they're too busy but the girl at the desk (finally) told me today that they always say they're too busy so they don't have to do them. 2nd- they do not give refunds. Even though it's essentially just spraying your car with water and wiping it off with dirty towels. However, they will respray your car with water and wipe it off again with dirty towels if you call them! Mary says it's because "the boys need to learn how to do it right." But Mary, my dear, it's now just how Rocket does business these days. The training is what they've been trained. It's just sucky work. This is my earlier visit in October of 2015: I defending Rocket almost a year ago and ever since then, my experience there has been awful. I was there on Friday, they didn't do any wiping down in the backseat and there was still dirt all over the back of my car. I got my rubber floor mats cleaned and they were not back on the hooks when I got back in the car. My drivers side mat slid down as I came to a stop at the stop sign. They were all still wet too which would be such a bad thing except when they put the mats back in, the water on the mats dumped all over my seats. I use to love paying for the extra Armor All on the inside, but no matter what time or day I go, they never have time to do it. It's just really gone downhill over the last several years. read more

I paid for the extreme wash which was $35 and left with my car barley being cleaned. I've never been so disappointed in a car wash.

I use to love Rocket before Silverstar bought it out. They forgot to put back my floor mats so I had to drive all the way back to get them. Then they put the floor mats back in my car dripping wet so now my car smells like mold and mildew. I also had water streaks on the outside of my car even though they toweled it off. Not worth my time or money. read more

Used to be great now prices nearly doubled and service went the other way. 2 cars ahead of me and waited nearly 30 min to get started. Workers standing around inside and 1 kid that didn't care working outside. Terribly managed. Not worth the money. read more

Website states open at 8 am I arrived at 8:40 am; a female employee was standing next to my car talking to someone from Detail Center. Another car waiting behind me. She never came over to tell us that they open at 9. I waited there 5 minutes. She went back into building. Will not be going back. Poor customer service. read more

I had my Jeep done there today. I am a long time customer of Rocket Auto Wash but I will NOT be going back to that locale or any of their new ones either. Windshield streaked horribly, had to ask twice for the endgate to get dried, 45 minutes from my arrival till I left with a partially clean vehicle, all for $32.00. Horrible experience, bring back the old Rocket. read more

There was a marking all over my car. I'll spend $25 elsewhere. It wasn't clean on the outside at all.
