When we arrived at the store at the appointed time that I set up before hand and was told again that they will not install. I mentioned that I had spoken to several people prior to coming out. I was then told that the business had "changed management" and that they now no longer do this. Another employee had been in the process of ringing us up when this young lady said that. I then asked for a third time to honor the deal because it was advertised with dates. Danielle displayed a poor attitude and again stated that she was "not going to honor the deal". I was honestly taken back and disappointed because I knew Danielle had the means to take of this matter. I left this store and went directly to another O'Reilly's where they not only honored the same deal immediately but also gave me additional 10% discount for my inconvenience. Two weeks ago, I attempted, but Buford Hwy was shut down at a point with no warning. Finally, I had to re-route my trip, arriving at 5:02. Today, I happened to be 20 mins away after a doc appt and took the chance. Well, just ad I got close, there was a wreck right past the exit! 50 mins later, I arrived at the center at 4:54. Quickly grabbed my Jaguar battery and struggled across the lot. A man unlocks the office door to tell me his system is down and proceeded to chastise me for my arrival time. I beseeched him to service me, expressing my exasperation with my latest attempts and how few centers are available. Dan responded impatiently with how he has to be there at 7am, and he would have to pay overtime...workers want to get home to their kids, etc. So, after putting the battery back in my vehicle, I knocked on the office door and asked if he would extend some concession for a future visit. To my surprise, he threw out an insulting 5%!!! "That doesn't even cover taxes." I replied. Clearly Dan did not care nor appreciate my business. I understood about the system being down, but he made NO ATTEMPT at demonstrating that he would like to keep me as a customer. He operated like a government office--'You need us more than we need you, you little nobody'. Although I pulled out the largest battery, I had two more I wanted to swap, but would've been satisfied with servicing one, OR providing an appreciation discount for my next hour long trek. The store hours can use expanding by at least 30 minutes, especially since Metro traffic has swelled and road construction is ongoing, not to mention the usual. I was highly surprised, disappointed and disgusted with Dan's mediocrity for such a highly regarded product. Ms. President

The 12V Marine battery we brought to the store is dead. The storeclerk recognized the battery and after a few Q's and installed ID data into the store computer/POS it was quickly determined that, yes indeed that battery was from Batteries Plus and it can be easily replaced.... however... the warranty had expired by 3 months... Wow, all this information is in the database. We were happy for the service and we are now bringing home a completely new replacement battery with a warranty to November 2026. Batteries Plus continues to be a great source for our boating needs. Let's go fishing at Lake Lanier.

Batteries Plus has it all. Or at least I thought so. Don't get me wrong, I've yet to see an attitude from any of the employees. They just don't have some simple batteries, or so I'm told. Three times I have been. Two I'm 100% satisfied. The other, partially satisfied. First time, a battery was needed for a key fob (not "touch to start" fob) just simple battery. In-and-out in 6 minutes top. Also wasn't expensive (maybe about $5 pre Covid). Satisfied. Second time. Watch batteries were needed. I was told by the specialist that they did not keep timed batteries in stock. Not sure the difference between timed battery and a watch battery, but the lack of stock for a battery place baffles me. No attitude, just not sure if it's laziness or not prepared. Last time. Phone screen replacement. Took about 40 minutes (ETA of 45-60 minutes was given). Once complete, inspection from the cashier was made in front of me and allowed me to inspect before paying or signing anything. The prices were also reasonable. Unlike other companies that charge $225-300 to change the screen, it only cost less than $150. They even left the film on the top of screen until I was able to get a screen protector. They said it's not much but it might give a small amount of protection. Guy was a little quiet but nice. So all-in-all. I would go back if I need to. NOTE: Just be advised, if you own an Apple iPhone, the screen may not be genuine. You will have a message pop up in settings and cannot be removed. It does work, but may void any warranties if you have any. If you own an older phone, this would work but may annoy any OCD people out there. Which is why I noted 3 stars but could be 4.
