There is a water bubbler available with cups so you can have a quick drink of water before or after class and the bathrooms are clean and filled with fun art and inspirational messages. I was a little confused and amused by the random salt shakers filled with glitter in the bathroom- maybe if you want to sprinkle some glitter in your hair before class? Easy street parking out in front. My only complaint is that there was no new student special available other than a 2 month unlimited promotion for $150. Being new to the studio, I would have appreciated the opportunity to try more classes at an introductory price. A drop in is $18. There's a great selection of books, cards and Yoga clothes and products to peruse before or after class. I'll definitely be back! Also, it's in a cute area with many other shops and galleries so lots of opportunities to entertain yourself before and after class.

The space is immaculately clean and feels very posh (I lived in NYC for nearly 10 years and am well versed in yoga studios. This was the best one I have seen!). Alana was a fabulous teacher - she brought us safely (and with smiles!) through a "vigorous vinyasa" class. She was clearly well-trained in yoga, too, from her ability to do lotus well but encouraging others not to push past their limits, adaptive for all levels. The location is perfect, too, for a post-workout tea and coffee next door. Highly recommend this yoga spot if you are in Cape Cod for a brief stay or for longer!

Forgive me if this review rambles, but I just came back from yoga and I'm high as a kite from it!…read more I hadn't so much as broken a sweat since I moved to the Cape. My life, which used to at least involve an hour and a half at the gym each week, had become a cycle of sleeping all day, working all night, and eating microwave pizzas while watching Game of Thrones in between. After a particularly rough week at work, I knew I needed a detox. I figured yoga, since that would help my mind and spirit as well as my body. There was a center in Chatham that looked good, but then I looked at the Dennis location and saw it: Hot yoga. Oh hell yes. When I left NY, the only thing I missed (next to the comic book store. and my dog. oh, and my boyfriend too, I guess) were the bathhouses. I loved sitting in a sweltering room on weekends and just... sweating it out. So the idea of doing yoga in that sort of heat was intriguing. Booking for a class was easy. I did it all online, paid with my credit card and I was done. One class was $20. Not bad at all. The location is right off the main road, in a small building next to a plaza. Easy to find. I walked in and felt super welcomed. The site is small, but cozy. And there was lots of nice gear, etc for sale. The room was pretty hot, but not nearly as hot as I expected. it's basically just a lot of space heaters in a circle, so it's not like sauna heat. But I definitely worked up a sweat, and had amazing stretches in muscles that were way overdue for a stretch! The class moved at a great pace, never getting so intense that I felt like I couldn't handle it, but also keeping me challenged and active. When we finally rested at the end, I swear I could have fallen asleep! The instructor did a good job of demonstrating the moves, while still walking the floor occasionally to help with form. Best of all, the group was amazing. Some yoga centers (or workout groups in general) are so elitist. But everyone here was so nice, from the beginners straight through to the ones who were as good as the instructor! Afterwards everyone wanted to know if I enjoyed myself, and I just felt so welcomed and happy. I don't have a lot of (ok, any) friends here, so kindness from others just means a lot to me right now, and this group was just amazing. I will definitely be going back!
