Almost seemed annoyed we were bothering here. Just did fact finding the first visit. Second visit, new lady, much more user friendly and help us place our order. Ordered a PCS plaque for a co-worker. I thought a fair price and can turn it around in 10 days. I forgot to bring the farewell message for the plaque so they said I could email it in and did so the next day. This is probably due to the bare-bones advertising on the side of the building. Yet, this business that has outlasted similar shops such as Radioshack, is open to the public and does quite a bit of business with other local companies, as well. Now you can buy routers and things of that nature, just as you could at Best Buy. Yet, this company fills in a niche that some people overlook, the people that are completing technical projects, needing those small, random parts that those companies overlook. Now you could probably get it from Amazon, but if you aren't wanting to wait a few days - I would definitely check it out.
