On a previous visit, the manager shorted me on my 32-ounce smoothie and blamed it on the measurements. This last time, my smoothie was way too watery--I always request it thick. When I went back for a remake, the manager's attitude completely shifted. Normally, she's friendly and conversational, but this time, she barely spoke and seemed annoyed that they had to remake my drink for free. Not only was the remake terrible, but she also shorted my portion again. I returned the smoothie, told her how I felt about it, left it on the counter, and walked out. This location seriously needs staff who know how to make proper smoothies--not watered-down ones.
