He neither came nor called. Today, I tried to call him only to be informed that his telephone number is "temporarily disconnected". Unfortunately, I have been shafted and plan to file a small claims case and wait until I can find another repairman. I have had to make two trips to the washateria in the meantime, and am going again today. This has cost another $30+. This has been my worst and most costly experience with appliance repair.
