I…read moreasked for a fajita station in addition to the rest of the menu and they did not bring anything to set the fajita station up on and tried to tell me that was my issue. While serving the fajitas they were giving guests one to two little strips of meat. I rented chairs and was told they had run out of them but they did bring what they could find. What they could find appeared to have been in someones dirty basement for over 20 years. If I had not had chair covers they would have been unusable. They asked me to let my guests serve themselves several times after I had been charged for a bartender. I had to keep pointing out that I was told I had to legally have someone in charge of the alcohol according to them, and I had paid for someone to do that. So many other smaller things occurred. The only time I cried during my entire engagement/wedding was dealing with this crew. I waited a week to write the coordinator Shirley and CC'd what appeared to be the owner on Linked In. I wanted to give the the information with little emotion and a better perspective before I wrote. To date, they have not responded at all.

I would never make a fancy reception eat off of Styrofoam plates, he never apologized. 2.This man walked into the bridal cabin while all the women were changing and getting ready , he said he was there to bring honey for coffee? Who drinks honey in coffee? I believe it was just an excuse to come in there, I'm sorry but that's ridiculous, no owner /man should be in a bridal cabin with 10+ naked women. 3.He also wore old work clothes, an old Alabama T-shirt, dirty pants and boots to a $11K wedding!Guests were even talking about him and how unprofessional he looked. It really was embarrassing! 4 . He made rude remarks/comments all night to the bridal party/grooms party,guest, bride and groom. 5. He actually interrupted the one conversation I was having with a guest to tell me to handle some people that took some beers that were took off the bar, how rude is that?? 6.He ended the reception three hours before it should've ended, started packing up Tablescapes and decor, The contract stated that we had until 11 PM central time and by the time we finished everything was cleaned up at 9:30 PM, that's how fast he rushed us, the DJ only got to play five songs and he was even Surprised when he saw the decor being taken up! 7.The last straw For me was when he snatched a sparkler from my seven-year-old niece's hand which is the bride and groom's daughter. I confronted him and let him know how I felt and yes I was upset, my brothers wedding reception was absolutely ridiculous and it was all because of him, he never apologized just defensive the whole time until I told him I was going to review him on Facebook and Google and then he was like what can I do to make it better but at that point there was nothing he could do, it was a mess and he was the culprit of it all! 8.He was rude to my mother and snuck up on my mother (the mother of the groom) while she was getting my nieces side of the sparkler story, just complaining, the most unprofessional experience I've ever been in and I am in sales and direct social media. 9.He basically " babysat" us the whole time, in his raggedy outfit, just looked a mess did not leave the reception the whole entire time! 10.He made rude snippy comments about our caterer, our food and decor any chance he got.This is not a Christian man, No person would've ended someone's wedding day like that! There sales pitch is God and believe me there was nothing godly about that man. 11. Had my mother (the mother of the groom) washing dishes during which was supposed to be the reception 12.Complained about how much of the decor I used, & in the contract I was able to use every piece if I wanted to! 13.My mom had three tables to follow her in the treasure room, which was so junky, I tripped over a sign a fell myself. 14.DJ came to me and ask why is he cleaning up so early he didn't understand either he said he didn't even get to finish a long playlist he had made and that he was a regular DJ at lullwater. 15.The venue is in a central time zone as did Mitzy say but according to him that night we were put on his time which was fast time for him. To sum it up I wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone unless you want to get treated like scum on the day of your wedding I give it no stars I had to give it one star to at least be able to write a review! I would not recommend Kenny at all! I hired Kenny to provide his services at my wedding. Two days…read morebefore the wedding I reached out to Kenny to see if he was planning on having anyone with him. I asked him this so I could provided them a plated meal as well. Kenny told me that he would be solo at my wedding and that he was gluten free. The day of the wedding Kenny didn't show up, he sent someone else in his place (he over booked himself and took the bigger gig). This DJ didn't know the entrance or exit song, nor did he know the first dance song. The DJ Kenny hired in his place was a karaoke DJ for the local bars in town. I paid Kenny $900 to be there for my day and he paid the karaoke DJ $300. The karaoke DJ was so terrible that one of my guest hooked up their cellphone to his equipment to play a playlist they created. After the wedding I reached out to Kenny about his breach in the contract, and how disappointed I was. Kenny refused to give me my money back. He didn't even apologize. I sued Kenny in civil court and the day before we were supposed to go to court he agreed to give me my money back. While going through this mess I found out I wasn't the only person he did this to. I would strongly advised to look elsewhere save yourself the headache.
