Compliment and complaint…read more This is a large facility with a friendly staff who keeps it spotless. The equipment is well maintained and they add new equipment as demands require. I do have a complaint and I cannot find a way to transmit it on the company website. My complaint is they have a cell phone policy that the staff does not enforce and some members ignore. That means some members will tie up a machine for long times between sets while they text. For those of us who want to get their workout done in a timely way, this is irritating, Second, staying with the same policy, people talk on their cell phones while they use the treadmill or exercise bikes. That is very annoying. I hope the management will address the issues, which amounts to enforcing their written cellphone policy. Otherwise is a great gym and I would give it a higher recommendation than I am now.

I went back online and found Thumbtack and after signing up got several quotes and one stood out over all the rest. I had found a Personal Fitness Trainer named Jeffrey Urcan and read his reviews. I felt he was what I was looking for. Dedicated, Experienced (27+ years) and had an Excellent record with clients. I then set up an appointment to try him since I had no luck with the other Personal Trainers I tried. The very first conversation we had went awesome. He didn't want to sit down for an hour and talk about my body fat, meals, Ect. The first day I walked into his private gym (Top Fit Pros Training) I felt very comfortable and I got the workout I had been looking for. He is the type of Fitness Trainer that will not let you give up nor quite in the middle of a set and as a woman it is so very hard to find someone like him. A lot of Trainer's flirt and make you feel awkward and one thing I will say is he has never made me feel that way. I wanted to lose 20-25 lbs and it is difficult. I am 60, I'm in good shape, run, exercise, etc. I feel 25. Jeff has given me a fantastic work out for 3 months now. I am down 22 lbs and look completely different. He provides guidance for eating properly, doing exercises correctly so you won't get injured and I really can't say enough about him. I wish I could afford to stay with Jeff forever. I'm signing up again on Monday and going to go for another 10 pounds and more laughs because he has a great personality. I know I can do this and also now he's taught me what I need to do on my own to maintain this weight. I feel so good about myself, thanks to Jeff. Oh, last thing.....he is immaculate. Everything is cleaned constantly and now I feel like all the other gyms are pretty bad.
