Lou Berardocco, known as "Big Lou" in the community, has over 30 years of experience working in residential and commercial real estate in Staten Island. With Dynasty Real Estate and recognizing the need to assist buyers in the pre-qualifying process for purchasing, Lou Berardocco established Powerpoint Mortgage in 1988 and became a licensed Mortgage Broker. Big Lou notes his businesses' expansion now affords him the opportunity to educate first time or inexperienced home buyers about the intricacies of the mortgage process and tax benefits of home ownership. Through his commitment to continuing education courses, he has an in-depth understanding of all the latest laws and regulations, issues, and trends relating to pre-qualification process, the different types of loan products available now, and results of new mortgage standards.
Meet the Business Owner: Lou B.
A native Staten Islander, Big Lou earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the College of Staten Island and obtained a Real Estate sales license in 1982 and opened up Dynasty Real Estate. In 1988 Lou Berardocco established Powerpoint Mortgage and became a licensed Mortgage Broker. .Through his commitment to continuing education courses, he has an in-depth understanding of all the latest laws and regulations, issues, and trends relating to pre-qualification process, the different types of loan products available now, and results of new mortgage standards. In addition to owning and operating Dynasty Real Estate and Powerpoint Mortgages, he is a member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR), the Buck Business Network, and the Havol Business Organization. He also assisted in seminars that educate industry professionals and participates in ongoing training and continuing education real estate and mortgage courses to maintain licensure and meet ethical standards
