Recently Jeffrey reached out to us just to stay in touch. That same day the the mortgage company increased our monthly payment by 200 dollars saying our escrow account was short over 2200 dollars. Jeffrey and I contacted the mortgage company . He stayed on the phone with me for an hour with the mortgage company. We finally found a way to to reduce the the escrow account shortage by 1700 dollars and at the same time reduce the monthly payment by 300 dollars. That is 100 dollars lower than the.original payment. JEFFREY IS a true professional who cares about his customers. This was not a payday for him yet he did all he could to help us . I was asked multiple times to send documents, which I promptly did, yet I never received any confirmation or follow-up. I was originally supposed to close on November 15th the date was push to November 21st. Two days before the 21st, I emailed Stacey asking if we were still on track to close. She told me no, they were still looking for an investor, but they were sure they would find one soon. She kept insisting everything would come together by the end of the month. I was even told to hold off on paying my mortgage and credit cards because the refinance was "definitely happening". Then everything collapsed. "Sorry Barbara, we still couldn't find an investor". Because of their incompetence, I an now out over $500 for an appraisal and facing late fees on my credit cards. I was repeatedly told that my high credit score would work in my favor, yet that clearly meant nothing. And here's the kicker: my interest rate was supposed to be a little over 5%, but suddenly it jumped to over 6% without a clear explanation. The loan terms kept changing, and nothing was consistent or transparent. And just when I though it couldn't get more insulting, Stacey ended the entire ordeal by emailing "I'm sorry, I will be praying for you" Thanks for the patronizing remark after putting me through weeks of stress and financial loss. Please, please, please do NOT work with this company. They are unprofessional, unreliable, misleading and cost me both money and peace of mind
