I don't usually leave negative reviews. Brian seemed like a great guy and someone I believed would…read morerepresent me well. I'll admit, I was back and forth in the beginning because divorce--especially with a child involved--is an incredibly difficult decision. Even though my now ex-wife was struggling with severe alcohol issues and ongoing dishonesty, I still couldn't bring myself to go through with it right away. But I knew I had to--for my son's sake--so he could have a better example to follow. That's why it was so disheartening when the legal support I expected just wasn't there. I reached out multiple times asking for guidance when my ex stopped paying the mortgage. After over two weeks with no response, I made the difficult decision to find a new attorney. During mediation, Brian was distracted, answering emails and even stepping away to take a call. I had to track him down while the mediator waited--yet I was still billed for that time. There were also repeated mistakes in my paperwork, including the wrong address, vehicle, and child support amount. I never saw a draft of the final decree for nearly two months. After switching attorneys, the new lawyer had it submitted in a week and finalized by the judge shortly after. I trusted this team to guide me through one of the hardest seasons of my life. That trust wasn't met with the level of care or professionalism I needed. I genuinely hope future clients are treated with the attention and respect they deserve.

Andrade is a bulldog and realistic when it comes to what to expect from an opposing attorney. I believe he's one of the most passionate attorneys I've seen and so being an attorney is the perfect job for this guy. I would also say that his team is so good and so thankful for how well everyone works together to make everything happen. I recommend him and his people! Teamwork makes the dream work! To everyone at the firm, Thank you!

I am sharing my personal experience with attorney Desiree Bedasa because I believe others should…read moreknow what I encountered before deciding whether to retain her. In my case, I felt unprepared for trial. The first meaningful trial preparation I received occurred on the actual day of the hearing. During that preparation, I was asked many of the same questions that were later asked in court. I expected more thorough preparation well in advance so I could understand the process and present my case effectively. I also felt that some of the advice and comments I received did not reflect the reality of my situation. For several years, my child's mother and I shared parenting responsibilities on a week-on/week-off schedule. We each maintained clothing, school items, and necessities for our child, and I provided health insurance coverage. Despite this, I was told that I had been "spoiled" because I was not paying child support, which I found dismissive of the financial and parental contributions I had been making. Communication was another major concern. I often found it difficult to get timely responses to questions. When I informed her that I needed additional time to pay an outstanding balance but intended to pay it, I expected a discussion about possible options. Instead, she withdrew from representing me. What frustrated me most was that I did not receive a phone call to discuss the situation beforehand, which left me feeling abandoned during an important custody matter. Overall, I left the attorney-client relationship feeling unsupported, underprepared, and disappointed with the level of communication and representation I received. This is simply my personal experience, but based on that experience, I would not hire this attorney again and would encourage anyone considering representation to ask detailed questions about communication, trial preparation, and client expectations before retaining counsel.
