But I am not sure what are their rates, especially as we approach the April 15th deadline. I was referred to Tony Lee by another affiliated agency on Pacific Street. His office is located in a basement across the street from Portsmouth Square Park. Going down the stairs is narrow and a bit scary. Tony has a pair of experts to file taxes online within minutes for his clients. Just bring your W-2 form, $45.00 (cash only) and wait when you are needed to answer some questions. And after a fifteen-minute wait, they are done filing my taxes online. And Uncle Sam will be giving me money within 2-3 weeks. Money I can use for my pricey Warriors playoff tickets. These staff are fast and efficient. I will definitely be doing my 2019 taxes from Tony Lee in 2020.

I highly recommend Mr. Patrick Mao as he's the senior CPA and very experienced. But everyone is proficient and friendly too. They're all fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. They won't try to rush you out of the chair and will answer questions thoroughly, which is helpful but creates the drawback of long waiting times. Do COME EARLY during tax season as they get super busy near Tax Day. Especially on weekends. If you have few documents for your taxes you're in and out of the chair in less than 5 minutes. But be prepared to sit and talk for up to 15 minutes if your documents are numerous or more complicated. Also, tall stairs warning!

They insisted their decision and told me to search the related codes myself. I really don't know how to search for codes that don't exist. My friend hired them and lost in thousands of $ each year. Update: I fired them and hired a CPA for a similar price. The tax refund is about 3k more from the CPA.
