This year, I had a plumbing inspection by a third party who informed me that due to code, I needed an expansion tank for the heater. I called Mr. Rooter to inquire and they sent the original plumber to inspect. They agreed to install the tank at no cost to me other than for the tank and pipe, which I did not purchase the first time. Tyler was great! He accommodated some specific requests of mine, took pictures of the issue, walked me through the process, and repaired it within 24 hours. Tyler went above and beyond in his responsiveness during and even after his job; answering post-repair questions I had and providing me with information I needed to give the city. The cost of the repair seemed high, but given the circumstances, I could not obtain other quotes so I have to assume it was fair.
