As for the job itself (garbage disposal replacement) the service tech tried to unjam the old one first (which would have saved me money) but came to the conclusion the old one was toast. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.

Fantastic service! Called out for abandoned flange located in basement backs up when washing…read moremachine drains. When arrived pulled gripper plug out of flange to run big drain machine, ran washer to cause back up ran in flange. Once line was full ran drain machine to clear with no success hit a blockage at about 65ft. Tried again with same result but got out about 75-80ft. Found clean outside at front property line with no cap under a tree advised client that a cap is absolutely needed. Ran machine and was able to get out 100ft and could see line pass the clean out. Ran washing machine as we pulled cable back watched debris pass clean out. Checked flange in basement and found clear. Ran washing once more with no further issues found! You may laugh but I still see that practice, so that was good to see. They ordered the required part, and they came out two days later to install it and drain my lines. They temporarily got my hot water running until they could install the new part.
