The Joys of owning your own home never end. It's the gift that keeps on giving. On this particular Friday the house decided to bestow upon me the gift of a leaking gate valve. The cherry on top was, literally, the Minnie Mouse tape the previous owner had put on there. That sweet lady felt that was the correct fix. Sigh.
