I came into the store in need of a flat repair. I knew going into it my tires were getting low but…read morebeing Dec. 5th I really didn't have the funds tell come Jan to get new tires. When the guy went to look at my tires he came back and informed me that it was just one number under where it needed to be to be repaired. This was pretty devastating as the funds just are not here right now with Xmas. The gentleman went bone and beyond and really brought back hope in local businesses and hope that people still do care about others. Not only did he go above and beyond he was more than understanding of my situation. Without his help I don't know where I would be with the tire situation. Reyes thank you for the tremendous amount of help and really understanding that life happens whether we want it to or not.

I was expecting to just pay for the mechanic work they'd do on it after. I learned it's good to confirm prices with mechanics beforehand because not all are transparent about their prices. I was not told at any point during the process from the time I called to make the appointment & thru the entire appointment that they were doing more of an extensive diagnostic check of multiple pages they printed out for me that was $250. I was not told about the fee until after they were done with my car. I told them I was not expecting this because I didn't ask for it & they didn't show any care or seem apologetic about it. Poor customer service & unethical business practices. I've been here multiple times, but will not be coming back. A $250 charge is a lot of money to not inform your customer of until after the fact. While the more extensive check was good, I did not need it nor did I ask for it. I would've gone somewhere else if I had known about the hefty charge.
