Eric Starling used the weather in early spring as an excuse as to why he couldn't do the job. By July the weather had dried out and instead of doing the job he started ghosting me!!! Refused to answer any emails or texts. He also shut down the client portal on his website so I couldn't contact him there . I have every email and text to prove what I'm saying is true.
