While the home had its own structural road blocks, the team seamlessly came up with solutions to make everything work and look exactly as we planned. Even though it required more of their time, they were priced extremely fairly for the amount of professional work they put in. Through a series of unfortunate events, it became very clear to me that Leo was right. The first guy was unserious and unprofessional. I called Leo back. He came out the NEXT MORNING to confirm the price and take pictures. He sent me a reminder text the day before. They were on time the morning of. He had previously advised that I would be without power for approximately 6 hours to replace the panel. I was out for exactly six hours. He and his workers were friendly, efficient, and professional. He even installed a GFCI outlet, which was something that we found during his work and not previously quoted. I have a Tesla and will be calling Kai Electric back out to install my EV charger. So yeah, I definitely recommend them for your power needs!

I arrived before closing time and was in the middle of placing my order when she abruptly refused to continue because it was exactly 4:30 PM. Despite already starting the order, she insisted they couldn't proceed because they had been working since 6 AM and needed to leave. I understand wanting to close on time, but refusing to complete an order that had already begun--just minutes before closing--is unacceptable. While I was discussing delivery details with another staff member, she turned away and started muttering under her breath. I've never encountered such discourteous behavior in a customer-facing role. It's hard to understand how a business can thrive with this kind of attitude toward customers.

From the moment I spoke with them, the experience was professional, honest, and refreshingly efficient. Ricky took the time to talk through my options and assured me he could find the short without having to replace all the lights (which I was seriously considering). I've always been hesitant about hourly rates, especially for troubleshooting, since you never really know how long it could take. But Ricky and Andrew put my mind at ease immediately. They showed up exactly on time, were incredibly friendly and respectful of my space, and jumped right into the job. Even with a two-hour minimum, they wrapped everything up well under that -- talk about efficient! Not only did they fix the problem, but they also cleaned up after themselves and left everything working perfectly.
