We love our Top Design remodeled bathroom. The Top Design staff was easy to work with and clearly devoted to excellent communication with clients...which was much appreciated and helped immensely to reduce the stress associated with any remodel. We hire Ron to do a complete bathroom renovation in our new house. We moved in last year and the one thing we wanted to change was our upstairs full bath. Couldn't be happier with the results of our bathroom remodeling. Just excellent work. Ron is a professional in every sense of the word. He kept us informed about each step along the way. He devised a solution for every problem that emerged during the project. And there were numerous problems encountered as the project progressed. A previous contractor had left in the middle of a renovation, leaving behind shoddy workmanship that would have failed if they had continued. Add in the contractor who built our house had trouble constructing straight walls and following normal construction procedures. Roland and his crew did a great job on our addition. We added a small sun/mudroom and new composite decking. Roland's quote was most the most competitive among the several bids we received. He was also flexible with his start time on the project and got it done in reasonable amount of time. Roland was also very communicative. He usually answered my texts within minutes. If we were unsure about which route to go on something, he offered good advice and was flexible about changes made during the course of the project. Roland removed and installed 2 kitchen counter tops, cut the hole for a sink, replaced sink, garbage disposal, faucet, aerator, reconfigured plumbing and added new hot and cold water lines. The date of installation happened to be severe weather, Roland and his crew still showed up, and even had to drive to Home Depot in the storm for parts and come back. The job took about 8 hours. It's been about 8 weeks since Roland and his crew finished our kitchen renovation and we absolutely love the end product. We worked with him on a bathroom renovation a few years ago and when the time came to update our kitchen, we knew who to call. From start to finish, Roland is wonderful to work with. Let's face it, home renovation is not exactly pleasant, but Roland and his team walked us through he process from the demolition phase until the final finishing touches. We had a lot specific design and aesthetic ideas that we wanted to incorporate, but our kitchen space is very small and quite limiting. Despite any problem or issue that the small space posed, he was always willing to work with us to figure out solutions. The bottom line is Roland is a solid contractor.
