These guys did a fantastic job installing my laminate and porcelain flooring. Everything came out perfect. Jason and Jose are excellent installers.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Johnny, the owner, was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and flexible with scheduling. During the initial assessment, the team listened carefully to my ideas and concerns and offered thoughtful solutions. They even custom-matched and installed a broken baseboard piece and supplied quarter rounds I didn't have--they went above and beyond what I expected. The project was completed efficiently in two days, and the crew was detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and respectful of my condo's HOA guidelines. They were patient as I worked through approvals and logistics, and they did a great job cleaning up both my unit and common areas. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship and overall service. Creative Floors delivers excellent results at competitive prices, and I would highly recommend Johnny and his team for any flooring project.

Creative Floors not only met my expectations... they completely surpassed them. The entire process was unbelievably easy. Ordering was straightforward, pricing was transparent, and Johnny wasted no time getting my condo measured. Their responsiveness alone sets them apart--every question I had was answered quickly, and the scheduling was handled like clockwork. When installation day came, Jose and the rest of the team were fantastic. Professional, efficient, respectful of my space, and clearly skilled at what they do. They got everything done within my narrow timeline without cutting corners, and the finished floors look phenomenal. If you want beautiful flooring, stress-free service, and a team that genuinely delivers on their promises, look no further. Huge thanks to Johnny, Jose, and the entire Creative Floors crew for making this project so smooth and successful. I couldn't be happier with the results.

We primarily worked with Dave and he came through for us time and time again. I had a specific color scheme in mind and we needed options with a shorter lead time. He was able to help guide us to look at samples on hand for options that had local production or warehouses with supply on hand. This became even more clutch when we realized we needed more large format tiles than we initially calculated. He had it within days after making a couple calls and confirmed it was the same dye lot number! So many places want you to buy after looking at something online, but the colors are never accurate that way. This place had an immense assortment of display tiles and flooring so you know the exact color you will be getting! If you're working on any flooring or tile project I highly recommend Cobalt. They are the best in the business!

The project was done a short time after and looked superb for a few months until the tiles started to crack and break off in a few spots. I called, and a repair was done. Shortly after we noticed several other areas where it was cracking and once again it was repaired. Dammed if it did not happen again and in some of the same areas. The foundation was not prepared correctly. That was the last time it was fixed, until several weeks ago, and another crew was sent out for repairs. Only it could not be repaired. This crew, a man and his wife, had 3 pieces, wrong color at that. He found nine places that needed repair. He called and talked to Kieth, only to find out this style was no longer manufactured. I talked to Kieth and was informed the floor was only guaranteed for 1 year. So here we are out over $5,000 with a crappy looking floor. This is BS, money is not easy to come by. I do not recommend this business, they are at fault. I had to replace the floor with another company with workmen that were diligent and did a beautiful job. I cannot recommend this company, they did not stand behind the workmanship or product. Roger was on vacation so I do not know if Kieth ever informed him. Marshall

Slightly more affordable, 1000% more honest, and friendly. I worked with Tom and don't rember names of people who did the work but everything was great. If you want an extra box of flooring make sure you ask for it before they deliver the wood/laminate/vinyl for your project or you may need to pay shipling for it.

When our puppy did too many accidents in our upstairs area, we replaced the hallway and master bedroom with Kardean Luxury Vinyl Tile. At the time, Exploring Flooring did not glue down LVT and only had the lock down type, so we used another company. We love the livability and washability of Luxury Vinyl Tile. Our friend who installs these floors commercially recommended the Kardean brand and to do the glue down version. He was spot on. Recently, I had a measuring done to either refinish our downstairs cherrywood floors or cover them with Kardean vinyl. Tom came out right away but got confused as to my email address. I think they need a company email address, because we played a bit of email tag trying to communicate. Some things that I wonder about. The other company that came out was willing to fix up some not so great areas with new cherrywood trim--ie around half bath vanity that has bare gap areas at bottom and fp that has a very large gap around it (EF said for me to use some type of expandable filler but I think that will be ugly in a inch or more gap). EF also said they don't install new quarter round trim around floor which is a nice touch another place does as standard. You could always hire it out, I suppose. The cherrywood trim pieces is more of an issue for me. Exploring Flooring's quote for refinishing our cherrywood is around $900 less than the other place, so I guess it equals out. The other place wanted $5400 for about a 530 square foot area, so I thought that was a bit pricey. Exploring Flooring is $4500. As far as luxury vinyl quote to glue down Kardan on top of the hardwood, I'm still waiting, but the quote to float Kardean tile on top of the existing floor (an option, but not my fav) is the same as the other company. However, no particular type of Kardean is mentioned, even though I requested the quote on Tergo. All in all, a bit of a hassle to get specifics, but may be a great option overall, if overall pricing is better.
