All good except the window in the bathroom won't stay up. Issue happened after a year rep came to fix it after a few weeks. One month later same issue. First call in February 4 calls since then its now May. Customer service keeps apologizing and promises a call back in 2 days, a week later no call back. Window Nation installed windows in my house salesman also recommended marble window seals since we have a German s Shepard and he was marking up the wooden ones at a cost of $ 300.00 per marble seal. The windows were installed with no issue however the marble seals were never installed. I called Window Nation and emailed the salesman several times and they always say they need to talk with accounting for a credit which never happens it's been a year. We're in the process of building a new house a just signed contract with ProVia windows because of the poor customer service with Window Nation. read more

I would not recommend Window Nation for window replacement. The first large window we replaced was great. There are no problems with it. A few years later we bought 9 windows to finish the project. ( The salesman-Chris told us the new windows would not have condensation in the inside. Every single one of those windows has moisture problems. The company sent out a guy 2 times. Every time we were told moisture on the inside of a window is due to too much moisture in the house. We bought 3 dehumidifiers and have the humidity problem solved. Well the guy came out a third time. Told us without even checking our windows that it is normal for windows to have condensation in the inside. ‍. He says the windows are working fine. It is the moisture and the circulation in our home. That's a bunch of BS. Well I disagreed and I am not satisfied with the windows. Now the service /installation manager is going to come to our house. How can 9 windows have condensation and one window not have a drop of moisture on the inside? I feel there is something wrong with the manufacturing or the installation of the 9 windows. I just wish they would admit that and make it right. read more

While I have no experience with the window quality yet (since I haven't purchased replacement windows yet), I have an extremely negative opinion of their sales tactics. I have already told the first sales person who called I preferred to wait until late fall before I have a sales rep visit me. She said she understood. The sales person promised excellent customer service and response and a superb product. However, there were issues with a window. Despite multiple texts and emails, no responses were received until we noted we were taking the Window Nation sign out of the yard as we were not happy. Two separate technicians came two different times to check out the window, which was hard to close. Neither could remedy the problem and said that someone else could come out. The one worker said that the company used a new product and that may be the problem. We declined the return trip as it didn't seem like the company had the expertise to fix the issue. We sat with window nation in 2019 but I saw recent commercial and wanted to leave my experience for other consumers. I wouldn't recommend this company. We sat through a 1.5-hour sales pitch just to get a quote for mid-grade windows. They showed us inflated quotes from other companies, with prices as high as $20,000 for 10 windows. After seeing those, the salesman asked how much we expected to pay, and my husband guessed $800 per window. They quoted us $12,900 for 9 vinyl windows (7 medium, 2 small), but then offered discounts that dropped it by 40%. Even with the discount, Pella windows were still cheaper. We were also pressured to sign a loan and cancel our other appointments. In the end, they offered us $850 per window, which seemed deliberately close to what we said we expected to pay. I believe the presentation was designed to manipulate us into accepting a higher price. After we declined, they knocked another $2,000 off, which was closer to market value. To the company: Please stop with the high-pressure sales tactics and just offer honest, competitive pricing. Customers shouldn't have to sit through long presentations or be manipulated into paying more. Focus on providing a quality product at a fair price. The craftsmanship and work of the windows was absolutely fine however, they replaced the wrong window in my home because the installers did not follow the floor plan that was given to them and unfortunately the installers had a language barrier . Very poor service! My sales rep Mike suggested to go through their financial service so I didn't have to put any money down, he said that if I pay everything right away I wouldn't have to pay the interest. The day the workers finished my windows I had a check ready for them but they said they couldn't accept the check and that billing would get in contact with me. Over a month went by and I didn't see any bill and hadn't heard from the financial service. I called window nation and they directed me to the financial service. The financial service said they forgot to get in touch with me. I paid my full bill the first day I saw the bill but the financial service still wanted 40 days of interest which was over $400. This seems like a scam. They don't contact you so you acquire the interest. I could've paid my bill in full on day 1 but window nation told me I had to wait for them to reach out to me. The financial service basically told me too bad I have to pay it. When I call Window Nation they say I have to speak with a manager but the manager is never available and they say the manager will call me back. I've called multiple times a week for over a month and still haven't heard from manager. The quality of windows are ok but definitely not worth this headache. 2 thumbs DOWN! read more

They were very quick to come out and sell me something, that's for sure. Once they got me to sign a contract, it was virtually no contact. Emails kept me updated on when the manufacturing process would be completed and a rep would reach out and schedule an install. Install was completed and the installers damaged the frame and sill of my window. After months of back and forth, broken promises and running around with "customer service", someone was FINALLY sent out to look at the damage. The third-party came by, took measurements and photos, and I was told they'll replace it and to wait for someone to reach out from their company. And here I am, 3 months after the install and still waiting. I've reached out to WN at least 5 times to figure out whats going on, and I'm always told they'll get back to me. They never get back. They got their money, so why do they care? Awful company. Absolute bait and switch. Product is actually good, the customer service is atrocious. We chose not to go with this company for its bait and switch tactic, offer of one material for installs (vinyl), math that wasn't mathing right, and all the incentivized sales stuff just made nothing straight forward. The Buy 2 Get 2 Free Advertisement: only applies if you are replacing ALL the windows in your home. If you only have 4. . .an excellent deal for you! We have 19, so that's a down payment on a new home. Then there was all the "if you decide now you will save $x," and the third party financing they offer which offers more repayment options. The penalties for longer terms is obviously you paying even more, but you have more repayment flexibility. When I was called with potential lender info there was no info, but to call them (the lender) to discuss financing details. I didn't bother calling. I had a gut feeling while our charming and talented salesman stood in our dinning room that this was a hard 'nay.' My only regret was taking the hard inquiry rather than bolting sooner and saving us all time. . .one lives and learns. Three (3) double hung replacement windows in a bedroom were estimated in excess of $9,000! Ha! I'd rather pay cash for that price and get a few more windows. The reviews on this company and the end results are far too mixed; therefore, it is really a risky investment at best. Tony the sales person started out nice by the end was very arrogant and rude. Would not take no as an answer. Bashed every window company out there, after he said he wouldn't. I just had widow world replace some window in my house he told me they were basically junk. Then after all that me and the girl friend had to go pick up the kids, after 2 1/2 hr of a sales pitch. Absolute garbage installation and customer service. Windows took over 6 months to come in. Installers installed windows incorrectly, windows would not latch. Turns out windows were made wrong also. They ordered replacement sashes, they came in, got broken at the warehouse, they send guy out to work on windows, arrogant, unprofessional, unpleasant. Rips window out of my house, then says if I don't like how he's doing it, he can leave and I can do it my self......windows never were fixed 100 percent correctly, and were installed crooked, so you couldn't take the screens out. My husband and I just met with a sales representative from Window Nation and it was the worst sales experiences either of us have had. The consultation and walk-through of our home initially went well. We were impressed with quite a few of the features of their product and were seriously considering them as a top option. Then came the closing, while the cost was slightly higher than expected, they were still in contention for us. The salesperson was even willing to give us some additional discounts to seal the deal. However, things took a turn when we weren't willing to sign a contract on the spot. While we were aware that at least one of the discounts was contingent on us signing that night, we are meeting with other window vendors (which we openly shared at the beginning of this consultation and reiterated throughout, especially during the closing discussion) and wanted to do our due diligence on researching competitors. We were then told that none of the discounts (excluding the buy two, get two free) would be on the table if we didn't sign now, we were okay with that and were still planning to keep Window Nation as a top option. The salesperson proceeded to bash all other vendors we were considering and continued to keep asking us what we didn't like about the product. Explaining that there was nothing we didn't like we just wanted to appropriately research such a large purchase, he continued to push the contract while talking down to us (including bad mouthing my husband's employer) and even going so far as to "mansplain" the competition to me (in addition to "mansplaining" my comparison of this window purchase to a car purchase, which are almost identical in cost according to our quote). He took some materials out to his vehicle, came back, and told us that Window Nation obviously wasn't the choice for us if we were still planning to meet with other vendors and noted that obviously we were more concerned with cost than efficiency, which isn't the case. Regardless of how we feel about Window Nation's product, we have no plans to contract with them (and we'll be purchasing 21-23 windows) because we don't appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manner in our own home by someone who met us roughly an hour earlier. I would strongly recommend talking to other companies if you're thinking about getting your windows replaced. Our experience may have been isolated to this particular salesperson, but we don't appreciate a company that condones treating potential customers with that level of hostility and aggressiveness. If Window Nation's product is in fact as good as we were led to believe, then shouldn't they want us to meet with competitors to clearly see the difference in quality firsthand? read more

B1G1 is a joke because "several of the windows count as 2 or 3 because of the size". 8 modest ranch home windows quote was roughly 19,000 . But with discounts (including cute dog discount that I asked for) he came down to 11,000 but ONLY if we signed that day. (A Saturday) He said "prices may go up by Monday with our suppliers" so the cost Monday would be 19,000. I asked what if the prices DON'T go up and he said the price was 19,000. The written quote started at 53,000 and then they added so many discounts to get us to the 19,000. Assured us that they knew what competitors charge and they would be lower. They were not. We got a quote for around the same price for a VERY reputable Pittsburgh company. Steer clear. At the very least save yourself the 2+ hour sales pitch. read more

Do I even need to put a star?!? They wouldn't even come to my house to look at my windows because it's not appraised at their minimum appraisal. Who has a commercial says "anyone with a house at least 20 years or older call us and get a free estimate " and then won't even show up for an estimate since the house was appraised less than what they will work on. They need to be transparent and state if your house is under a certain amount they won't even look. That being said they are losing business and people who need windows put in. We called to get some written information on their windows and to see if there is a showroom where we could see windows. A girl returned our call, wanting to make an appointment at our house, not even addressing the message we had left about getting some brochures on windows. (Yes, companies do send out written information on their windows and doors.) I started to say that, no, we were not there yet, that we were researching windows and wanted some information. She hung up on me a few words past "no." I sent an e-mail to one of the pleasant-looking men identified as owners on the Internet, telling them of the rude treatment. There was no response. For several days after that, we got one-to-three ring calls identified as Window Nation. They were all hangups; even if we got to the phone to answer on a three-ring call, someone immediately hung up. I finally called back, asking why this was happening. The girl--I think the same rude, hang-up-on-me girl--said that we were on a list requesting a call. So I asked why someone would ring only one time or hang up on us when we answered on the occasional three-ring call. She said she didn't know. I asked to be removed from the list. 1. The whole installation was a mess, window arrived with vinyl cracked and they tried to caulk over it to hide it. 2. Caulking all over my carpet and outside siding (Also very poorly done) ( all guys in truck outside with motor running while this poor young guy was trying desperately to get 18 spots of caulking out of my carpet, had to finally cut carpet fibers) 3. Metal shavings all over house 4. Windows are filthy, was told they would clean them after installation 5. Finish on the inside of windows scratched 6. Items fell off walls and broke 7. Never given a final walkthrough or instructions on windows as well as never told I couldn't put my blinds back up 8. Supervisor left job early and told me his guys would finish up 9. Got caulking all over new screens and tried to wipe it off with rag and seriously damaged screen, told them I wanted it replaced and they got a reject from truck and shoved it in, was ripped too 10. After having many issues with the installation team it was finally resolved by Vytec windows. The issues were shards of metal, nails, cigarette butts and other small things left in my yard, driveway and my neighbor's driveway. The shards definitely would of put a hole in my car tires. I tried getting in touch with Window Nation about and for almost a month no one would get back to me. I called and sent emails with pictures of all the debris left behind. I finally got a hold of someone and was told that someone would be getting in touch with me in 24 to 48 hours and to send them the pictures so I sent the pictures again. No call or anything for over 2 weeks until someone from the company, Vytec, who makes and installs the windows got in touch with me. It would of been nice if Window Nation would of let me know this. As soon as I got in touch with them they were here and resolved all my issues to my satisfaction. The entire team from Vytec were very informative and they really cared. The windows are of a high quality. Vytec makes a great window but Window Nation is another story. Unless you have cash to pay for your windows the financing is really bad. The commercials are very misleading because there's no such thing as buy 2 get 2 free. Maybe if I would of had the $14,000 cash I might of got a few hundred dollars off. Please get several estimates with all the exact pricing and financing before you go with Window Nation but I am very happy with my windows made by Vytec. read more

My experience with Window Nation started out smooth enough as the salesman was a no frills, straight to the point kind of guy (even though he was not wearing a mask). I appreciated the brief presentation as I did not want to sit through a lengthy in-person infomercial. However, I should've stopped and asked the salesman to leave after he asked a really dumb question and said if I answered it correctly, he would give me $500 off. Nonetheless, it's a trick question that no one would know. Shady. Regardless, I decided to go through with the purchase of my 8 new windows (bad mistake in hindsight). The measurement procedure and the person they sent did a good job of coming over and taking the measurements as he was in and out in no time. Now, I wait for my windows. and wait. and wait. and wait. I understand there is a pandemic going on but I thought that the expectations of having my windows installed would be a little more realistic as I was told I would have my 8 new windows installed in about four weeks. Well, about four months later, I finally get the scheduling call to have my windows installed. I guess better late than never. Here is where everything fell apart for me. The two installers show up on schedule at 8AM, I was appreciative of that as they stuck to their scheduled time; (again, I was working from home on this day), however, neither one of them wore a mask during the entire installation. The older gentleman made small talk with me as I was working but I didn't mind. But, he is a curmudgeon and during the entire install was complaining about everyone and everything. His helper, whom was also not wearing a mask, said one word the entire time: Hi, as he walked in from outside. Now starts the ripping out of my old windows and installation of the new ones. Well, let's say cleanliness was not on their agenda this day. This was definitely a 'let's try to get this job done as fast as possible no matter what mess we make' kind of day. I was sitting in my living room on my laptop working when they were installing the final window, my living room window which happens to be the biggest window I purchased. As they are ripping out the old window, old insulation or some kind of old window debris goes airborne and completely coats my entire living room, including me, with a fine cloth like fiber. I mean this stuff was EVERYWHERE. The installer did not even acknowledge the fact that he made such a flippant mistake by ripping into it the way he did and causing this "fiber" to go shooting into the atmosphere in my home. Now come 2PM and he tells me they are finished. He asks me to sign a piece of paper with a few questions on it regarding their installation. Here is how this is wrong on so many levels: 1) it asks about how the installation went 2) are you completely satisfied with the installers 3) etcetera... All the while, the guy is standing there looking at me to sign the piece of paper right there in front of him. Since I felt pressured and put on the spot, I falsely answered that everything was good as I didn't want to upset the installers while they were still inside my home with negative reviews. I had to ask the main installer for a walk around the house to check out the new windows as he wanted me to sign the piece of paper and bolt out my front door without doing a walk-through. We do a really quick walk around my house inside and out and everything was looking good so I signed the paper and handed it to the installer and he left. Now, that they are gone, I do a more thorough investigation into the new windows and I immediately find issues. They did a horrible job of caulking around the windows. I understand caulking is not the easiest job to do and have it look nice but these guys are supposed to be professionals. The caulking in certain areas was really messy and smudged with old window debris causing the nice white caulking to have brown and black spots throughout it. There were gaps in the caulking around my windows where they did not apply enough to adequately seal the seams around my windows. Needless to say, I was pretty upset so I called WN to share my displeasure and was told I will need to wait a week or so for someone to come out and fix their mistakes. Seriously? They were just here 10 minutes ago and I need to file a claim to have someone come out and fix this mess? And, I was not given a definitive date on when this will occur. Ridiculous. Finally, I will not go into great detail about the absolute mess they left inside and outside my house. There were loose screws EVERYWHERE. I found old and new screws lying all around the outside and inside of my house along with other assorted debris. I even found a screw in my bed in my master bedroom! They even left cut pieces of metal in my master bedroom that looks like it was some sort of framing that got bent up and discarded. Not to mention all of the cigarette butts lying around the outside of my house. Stay Away! read more

We scheduled an estimate for a week away on a Wednesday at 6pm. They called at 5:25 and canceled due to an "emergency ". They rescheduled for the next day at 6pm. They again called this time at 6:01pm and cancelled again. We advised we didn't want to reschedule/. They couldnt understand why! This company boasts "over 97% customer satisfaction" and I am almost certainly one of the other 3%. We purchased almost $20,000 of new windows in the second week of April. During the initial sales call, the rep talked about the second visit, which would be precision measurement down to the millimeter. He also said our new windows would be installed in four weeks. Fast forward to SEVEN weeks later, we finally have our three day installation set. On the first day, on f the windows was off by several inches. Okay, mistakes happen. I understand that. On day two, FOUR more windows do not fit. Out of 19 windows, five of them are wrong. The measurements weren't wrong by just a little bit, but by but by several inches. So much for "precision measurement." Day three was supposed to be the new sliding glass door. AFTER the installers had already started to cut out the frame of the existing one, his partner yells at him from outside to wait. It seems the new frame was cut incorrectly during the manufacturing process, so it will also need to be replaced. They put it up temporarily so that at least I had a functioning door, only to find that the glass door panels are also bad and will need to be remade. I called Window Nation complain about what has possibly been the worst home improvement experience of my life. Some low-level manager named CJ or DJ said, "I don't mean to make light of the situation..." and then proceeded to do exactly that with the typical "mistakes happen" crap. He offered me a $250 gift card to "make up for the inconvenience of another day for the reinstall" -- talk about insulting. After emailing everyone I could find on the WN web site, I finally got a call from Cindy Navarino, the Customer Service Manager. She said she would be personally monitoring our project, and would be in constant touch to make sure things were finished properly. She also said she would be in touch when the job was finished to see what could be done to make it right. I did hear from her once when she called with a re-schedule date, but then never again. She has not returned several phone calls, and never even called to check if the job was finished. Let's review: * Seven weeks before the first attempt at installation. * Four windows measured incorrectly. * One door frame manufactured incorrectly. * Nine weeks total before the job was actually completed. * Abject lack of care or concern on the part of customer service staff. * An insulting gift card for a whopping 1% of the sale as "compensation" I assure you I will tell everyone about this experience, and would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I ordered new windows for nearly the whole house in June of 2020 and had them installed in late August of 2020.  The sales rep. Jason Heiniger was knowledgeable and cordial during our home sales ordeal.  The prices were competitive and I knew exactly what I wanted so, we purchased new replacement windows from Window Nation.  The installers were awesome and efficient.  Did a great job and I have no complaints with their workmanship.  I did have one window that had a broken exterior pane that they installed but, advised me of the situation with it to be replaced later.  Since, it was a exterior pane it was not a issue at all.  A month or more later the sash was replaced but, did not have a locking mechanism on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Which means I had a ground level window that was not able to lock.  This is a terrible issue for me because I have 3 small kids at home.  I waited 3 weeks for a $3 part before I finally called to inquire what the situation/timeframe was.  Window Nation customer service had no record of the window needing the locking mechanism for the replaced window.  Strike One.  Customer Service said they would put a rush on getting the $3 part.  One month later I called again and they were unsure of the order and timeframe of when the part would be available.  Strike Two.  I was no less than livid.  I did not want to hear sorry any more and I want a install supervisor to call me ASAP.  This went on for another couple weeks with a few more calls in-between.   Strike Three!!!!!!!  Finally after calling customer service too many times to count I found the address and a phone number to the installation warehouse located at 400 Industry Dr. in Coraopolis, PA and called them directly.   I got ahold of the install Supv. Stewart who finally set up something to get the $3 locking mechanism installed.  It took 4 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!  My family was living in a unlocked home for 4 months over a $3 part!!!!!!!!!!!  Stewart said "I have some laying around the shop or I'll just take it off the floor model".  That's what leadership is about. Another side note:  I received a mailing from a Sales Manager Cameron Howat inquiring about all aspect of my experience with Window Nation.  The mailing states he considers anything below a 4 out of 5 failing and please contact him to resolve any situation that is not to my satisfaction.  I have called his listed number (866-217-9582) 7 times and left 7 messages for him to call me to discuss my less than satisfied experience.  Last time I called this number and asked for him by name again, I was advised he more than likely would not be calling me back.  Window Nation has great products and install service.  Customer Service should be revamped in it's entirety.  Cameron Howat should be fired on the spot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  His lack of effort and follow through is a absolute detriment to the company.  Especially since you specifically send out satisfaction surveys letters to customers requesting feedback then, do not respond to the time/effort paying customers are putting in to correct a issue. Also, the install supv. Stewart knows/talks with Cameron frequently and was to pass on the message that I wanted to talk with him. I still have not received that phone call from Cameron nor has my window been replaced for the 4th time as of 3/15/21. Two reps had shown up , one was the salesmen and one was the area manager. As the salesmen was figuring out the price the manager had mysteriously received a phone call and excused himself and walked outside. I was present a price of $6600.00 to do the work. The price seemed very high especially with the buy one get one deal so I told him I needed to think about it and I would get back to him. He immediately said listen , if you sign a contract today I can save you some money and knocked be price down $1000.00 but I had to sign the contract on the spot.. (keep in mind their office is 3 miles away from my house) I again told him I needed to think about it and would get back to him.. I'm sure you can guess what happened next .. The manager comes in.. Says to me "do we have a deal!?!?!? I said I needed to sleep on it. He then says to the salesman let me see what you quoted.. He then looks at me and says listen.. The months off to a slow start. If I'll do it for $4500.00 would you sign now! So within a matter of 5 min the price dropped over $2000.00!!! What if I would have said yes to the original price of $6600.00.. I don't have time for games. Come in , give me your best price and let's do business. I called another local company who gave me a better price in a matter of 20 min. No gimmicks , no sales pitches. Huge scam. Steer clear. I have been flipping houses for a few years and decided to have someone come in and replace my window quickly. Their ad says buy one get one free or buy two get two free. They run the same promotions all the time and they are all the old furniture company scam. Telling you get one free and charging double for the window you buy. However they aren't charging double, it's more like quadruple or more. No one actually came out to inspect the home for the window sizes they used satellite pics to quite the home which is a bit fishy. I am able to replace a window for under $150 for myself and when their quote came back that averaged $960 a window installed I literally laughed at the person on the phone then just had to hang up. Please don't pay what they are asking. Find a local carpenter that will do the job right and not try to take you though the coals. An average size double hung window should cost no more than $100 to install without the cost of the window. Don't pay more. Unless there's a special condition in the homes construction. Don't get taken advantage of by this company. read more

A month ago, I called Window Nation in response to a coupon we cut out of a circular, and requested an in-home consultation with the full intention of replacing four windows in our home. When I spoke with the representative from their company, she took preliminary information, but seemed more focused on where I got the coupon than on meeting my needs. She told me that she would have someone call me to schedule after they looked at my home and the existing windows via satellite. I did not call back because I was not impressed with the intake process to begin with, and as of this writing, more than a month later, I still have not heard back from Window Nation. I find this very unprofessional, and needless to stay, I would never deal with this company again. read more

WARNING: BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH WINDOW NATION! My husband and I chose Window Nation out of Monroeville, PA (near Pittsburgh) to install 21 new Potomac windows in our home because they were advertising a buy 1 can 1 free deal. After the windows were installed, we heard from a very reliable source that the ACTUAL cost of our windows were about $600 a piece. Ours figured out to be $1,037 per window with parts and labor WITH the buy 1 get 1 free deal. It figures out to about $2,074 per window WITHOUT the deal! Two of our windows were very small picture windows and they charged us $1,179 per window WITH the buy 1 get 1 deal. This means that each of those small windows would be $2,358 WITHOUT the buy 1 get 1 deal! I spoke with a guy from Vytex (the window manufacturer) and he confirmed that our window costs about $600 per window! My husband decided to anonymously call Window Nation to ask what the price was for the same size Potomac Window that we had installed. The woman tried to avoid the question for quite some time until my husband insisted on an answer. She finally confirmed what we already knew....about $600 per window. I then decided to do some research and emailed a woman who had 1 Potomac window installed from Window Nation. She replied saying that her Window cost her about $670. I'm guessing they hope nobody calculates the cost per window on a larger job. We felt very cheated! My husband spoke to the sales manager, Ray Price, many times. As he tried to justify the amount, numbers did not add up. We asked for a price breakdown right from the start and they would not provide one. After a month of pleading with them and corresponding back and forth via email, Mr. Price finally sent it to me. We are astounded by the individual price of each window! We certainly do not agree with the price per window....especially after hearing many times over what the TRUE cost of each window was. For a company who tries to obtain 100% customer satisfaction, they definitely failed with us. Mr. price turned our complaint over to his boss, Shawn Gallagher, the Regional Sales Manager. I insisted that the only way we would continue to communicate is via email and I never received one single email from Mr. Gallagher. I strongly advise NOT TO USE WINDOW NATION! They are the epitome of "The Middle Man!" We should've went with Window World as we have since learned that basically the same windows are considerably cheaper through them. I requested info online for replacement windows and received a phone call promptly the next day. Setup an in home appointment for the following week and the sales person showed up on time. From there it was all down hill. Almost the entire sales pitch was bashing every other window company in existence and it was a high pressure sales scheme to get you to commit on the spot without thinking about it. Not how I operate. I am going to get facts and make a decision based on product quality vs cost without rushing into it. The replacement windows seemed nice, I needed 14 of them. At the end of the demo and sales pitch I was ready for pricing. The "normal" price was $21000 but that was reduced to only $16500 with this months promotions. BUT if I signed on the dotted line right NOW and let them put a sign in my yard It was $12000. When I explained to the sales person I was only gathering information and I had 3 other companies coming out that week his attitude suddenly changed. He started to packup and he did not seem happy at all that I did not want to finance with their creditors. Never received a follow up call, just a impersonal auto generated email. This company has proved on multiple occasions to rate as low as possible. The costumer service is awful. The service department has a complete lack of care for costumer satisfaction. For weeks you will hear "You will receive a call back" in which no one will ever contact you. It takes YOU calling every single time to hear from them and then if you complain out of frustration you will only get an emotionless "I am sorry for your frustration" but with absolutely no follow up on what they can do to resolve your problem. When purchasing our windows we also purchased our front door, the handle on the door recently stopped working. The first time around it took two weeks for service to finally show and complete what was a 5-10 minute job. Two weeks later the same problem occurred. After a week of waiting for service, I received an email asking how our recent service was. Extremely confused on this email as no one contacted me nor fixed my door handle, I called costumer service in which they responded they would have service contact me. Fast forward through the weekend and after multiple upset phone calls on Monday, I ask to speak to the manager of the costumer service department (they refused to transfer me to the manager of the service department). I was told we "no call, no showed" the service team on Friday which is extremely ridiculous and absolutely untrue as not one phone call was made to set up an appointment. The "manager" explained he would have to submit a new ticket. So now we will be going on three weeks of this. Three weeks of feeling completely scammed. I would like to believe that after multiple phone calls due to uncompleted and written off service that a company would do everything at hand to complete the job and care for costumer satisfaction. BUT instead they make the costumer feel absolutely at wrong for being upset. I am still left with a nonworking door and a "you will receive a call back". I pray to have no further issues with our windows or door because trying to work with this company is nothing less than a nightmare. If I can leave you with any advice from this review, it would be to choose a different company. Never this one. read more
