Once they came out to do the work, the installation went smoothly. Our installation took place in October, so it wasn't until spring 2022 that we really saw results. Our hydroseed came is patchy. They were supposed to come out to inspect the results in May 2022 but never did. Once our 2 Magnolias bloomed, we realized they planted the wrong variety (we specifically requested Alexandrina Magnolias with the pink-purple flowers... what we got had white flowers - our invoice also states Alexandrina Magnolias). They blamed the mistake on their supplier and said they would work to rectify the issue. It's been about 2 months and a few attempts to contact them... no luck. We spent over $8,000 for this crappy service. Stay clear of them!
