Stay away from this guy if you're smart. I had him in to redo my irrigation system. He cut corners like you wouldn't believe. He ran a line over a large root. This area was under a canoe so I didn't see it until much later. Needless to say, the line split and leaked horribly. There were 3 other leaks that I found and fixed. This doesn't count the leaks that were repaired as he put new lines maybe a half inch under ground and they were punctured with aeration shoes. I called him to make this right and was ghosted! DONT USE THIS GUY!!!!!!! doesn't even get 1 star.....I had service done needed to replace all the heads around my irrigation system and i needed a new timer i thought he charged way too much for the service i received. he never returns calls did a half ass job putting my sprinkler heads they are way to tall. they needed to be pop ups and 4 of them are way to high my lawn guy will run them over. he also cut my cable line so i had no internet for 1 and 1/2 days. he doesn't care about the customer he acts all like he knows everything. i texted him for 3 days straight and got no response. i needed them lowered then after i mention contacting my lawyer he responds telling me he will call me soon and nothing so im done with this fool. do not use him i had a lot of people who needed help with their systems i was going to refer him buy not now! Joseph and his brother do great work. They responded quickly to my request for help with replacing the lake intake line and the buoy that held it off the lake bed. They fixed the issue, assessed my system, and made necessary repairs all on the same day. They worked till 7pm to get it done. Way above and beyond and the price was fair. Joseph arrived on time for our appointment to check my irrigation system. I was concerned about an underground leak and also wanted to make sure the system was working properly. DO NOT TRUST joseph. He upsold me on a filter system that I paid 200 dollars for and has broken twice within 10 months. He claims he has never experienced issues with other customers. Joesph told me on Friday when I called that he will come out on Monday to fix the filter. when Monday came, I called, left and voicemail, and text multiple times. no answer. Joseph Lubik and his team did an excellent job with a major overhaul of our out of date irrigation system. He was prompt in coming out to give us a free quote and started working to repair the system on the same day!! He is very knowledgeable about repairs and installation, which includes sprinklers, control panels, drip system, and lighting. Very informative and took their time checking the entire system. They found that one of my sprinklers had been damaged when my nee driveway was installed, they explained how they would fix it, took pictures and then fixed it. They switched out a couple sprinkler heads that were not correct and unclogged a couple too. Great experience and very informative. read more
