I planned on going back in later that day to add more but looking in the mirror a hour prior to my appointment almost all of the lashes were gone and so I contacted the salon and let her know I decided to just let them come out on their own. The salon owner Hailee stated that she can't go beyond her "no refund" policy for this terrible quality service, because my service was already discounted due to a promotion she has going on and she lost money on the product. Another lash professional told me that most likely cheap products were used or they were not applied correctly and that is why they fell out so rapidly. I would not recommend this salon not only for the quality of work, but the attitude of the management staff.

If redeeming voucher before service is the business policy it should be clearly stated in the Groupon's listing and disclosed during business booking process. Waiting after appointment has already been booked and then informing puts clients in an uncomfortable position and creates unnecessary confusion. I believe businesses should be transparent about their redemption from the beginning!!

I generally stay with a doctor long term and almost always learn about their personal life and they about mine. We talk about our kids, jobs, vacations, etc. I've run into my allergist at an airport in a different state and another of my doctors at a concert and visited with both because we had gotten to know each other. It makes me look forward to my next visit! Most people have had interesting experiences and you never know what you'll learn. I see this as a positive, not a negative.

She got back to me quickly about a lash lift and tint and let me know what times she had opened, and set my appointment up for me. The salon is slightly of the beaten path, right behind Dickies on a side road off 75. Her suite is well kept and very comfortable. You set in a big comfy chair while she is doing your lashes. I fell asleep is was so relaxing! Before we did my lift and tint, Rayanne walked me through every step, so I would know what was going on. She let me know anytime she was about to start something so I wouldn't be surprised. I appreciated this a lot cause I can be very jumpy. The process took about an hour, but was so much more relaxing and went by faster than eyelash extensions! I LOVED the end result, and will definitely be back when they need to be lifted again.
