I was asked during the appointment if I wanted a Brazilian as well, I said no. Apparently, I was given a partial Brazilian without my knowledge. This was my first time waxing that area, so I had no idea what a typical bikini line wax was supposed to look like and didn't really question it. A month later, I noticed a transaction for an additional $24 on top of the cost of the bikini wax (this charge was separate from the leg wax - I was charged for the leg wax the day before, there were no issues with that). When I asked her about it, she informed me that it was because she gave me a partial Brazilian. I reminded her that I said no to a Brazilian and she gave me a refund of $20. I was charged for a service I never asked for and had no clue I was receiving. The website says "and up" after every price that's listed. There's no upper limit and no further details are provided, so I highly recommend clearly stating what you want and asking how much it'll cost BEFORE the appointment. I don't think it was intentional and she gets a lot of clients so I doubt this is a regular occurrence, but it's better to discuss the price and the service beforehand to avoid any miscommunication.

They offered to remove for a $35 fee (with associated pain and "burning") or add more in. I planned on going back in later that day to add more but looking in the mirror a hour prior to my appointment almost all of the lashes were gone and so I contacted the salon and let her know I decided to just let them come out on their own. The salon owner Hailee stated that she can't go beyond her "no refund" policy for this terrible quality service, because my service was already discounted due to a promotion she has going on and she lost money on the product. Another lash professional told me that most likely cheap products were used or they were not applied correctly and that is why they fell out so rapidly. I would not recommend this salon not only for the quality of work, but the attitude of the management staff.

Needed a last minute eyebrow wax/threading and haircut before my mom's funeral early next week…read more Looked on Yelp, found this place right across the street and they had a threading and haircut available today so went with it. The threading was ok, not much shape but better than they were. Now the haircut. I have a plain, straight one length blunt hair style. I asked for 2 inches off, it was past my shoulders. She showed me and said this much, and I said no, 2 inches and showed her with my hair/hands how much to cut. I do not have thick hair and have never had anyone clip my hair up to make it thinner to cut so that was my first clue. Second clue was the chair was not in eyesight of a mirror for me to see what she was doing. I had faith I was just over reacting until she got to the side where I could see and I immediately said oh that's way more than 2 inches! She probably cut close to 4-5 inches off AND its not even. I got home, showered, dried my hair and flat ironed it and it's multiple lengths and well above my shoulders. So now, before my mom's services, I need to find someone who can fix what this place royally messed up. The only redeeming thing is that I said I am NOT happy with this but I will pay. She said no charge and I said I'd pay for the eyebrows, even though not great, and again she said no charge. Needless to say I do NOT recommend and I will not be back!
