Therese who is the owner of Practice and Pass Driving School, was well recommended by many people in our community. She just gave my son his first lesson and I couldn't be more happy with the experience he had. Therese was professional, patient and very nice. My son was very nervous, but her confidence in him and her calmness made him feel very at ease from the start. If you want your child to feel comfortable and learn the correct rules of the road this is the driving school to take! My daughter has used two other driving schools and because of always having a different instructor each class she never felt comfortable and she never felt confident enough to even attempt the driving test. Being 20'she knew it was time to finally get her license , she will need a car living off campus this year, so she took written test and signed up with Therese and just three weeks later passed her driving test no problem. My daughter wanted to take her time learning her driving skills and getting her license. Her driving instructor was Theresa chaides who is a very patient instructor and takes the time to explain and go over all the areas of skilled driving. My daughter was very comfortable with Theresa and passed her driving test just a few days ago. Theresa spent the day before the driving test going on mock driving tests going over everything that would be covered on the driving test so there won't be any surprises! I think it really helped with the comfort level so my daughter was confident in taking the test! Therese was an excellent instructor for our daughter and we are recommending her to all our friends. She is so calm and patient with a new driver, that it made the process of learning to drive much less stressful. Also, she is able to tailor the driving lessons to specific needs of a person based on where they will be spending most of their driving time (i.e. school, work, around town, etc.) She also did a great job of adjusting the pacing of the lessons to fit the need/ability of the student. Theresa is an amazing driving instructor. I would not trust anybody else to teach my teenagers how to drive. Theresa is attentative, positive, yet firm with teenagers. She will tell her students exactly what they need to do to be a safe behind the wheel. If they follow her advice and directions...they will pass the driving exam.
