I've been shooting with these guys for a few years now. Excellent bunch of folks. They hold a match on the first Sunday of each month.

This is a great outdoor range for both new and experienced shooters…read more If you're looking to get a private shooting bay, it's definitely worth lining up before opening. It fills up quickly. If you're not in a rush, showing up after lunchtime can help you avoid the early wait, but keep in mind, on busy days you might miss out on getting a bay altogether. What really stands out is the staff. They're extremely helpful, friendly, and make the experience comfortable whether you're a beginner or more advanced. One thing to note, they don't offer rentals, so make sure to bring your own firearms. Overall, a solid spot with a great environment. Just plan your timing right and come prepared.

Been coming here for around 2 years and the last couple experiences broke the camel's back for me…read more I did like this place. Never had an issue with the cashiers, sad to hear other people's experiences with them. The area is nice and spacious which is why I liked going here, you get your own bay and usually nobody bothers you. For 2 hours you'll pay 32 buck with cash and 37 with card. The wait can be brutal so get there early in the morning. There was a group of 4 of us this one time. The 2 older Range Officers, a middle aged Asian American guy and an old geezer probably in his 60s, they kept annoying us and tried multiple times flirting with our chick friend in the group. The chick friend told me she's goin' to stick next to me, so the Range Officers would stop interacting with her. Never had the Range Officers give my group this much attention. Long story short that broke the camel's back for me. I was at the 50 yard bay shooting a pistol with one hand, at a steel target provided by the range. Shot one handed here before with no issues. A younger Range Officer yelled at me and said what I was doing. I calmly replied back with no demeanor or with a rude attitude. I guess he didn't like me replying back to him when I answered his questions, then the middle aged Asian American Range Officer quickly comes up to talk to me. I replied calmly to him too, I apologized to deescalate the situation and he still kept being a fat d*ckhead. Then the old geezer Range Officer in his 60s who talks like he has sh*t stuck up his ass, I think he's the master of them, comes up to the bay and talks to me. He also didn't like it when I calmly replied back, it made him even more mad. If ya have a tough skin you'll be fine. The Range Officers are rude, except for one. Don't talk back to the Range Officers, they don't like it haha. Maybe you'll have a better experience here than I have. Won't be coming back here sadly.

The process was smooth, organized, and there were no long lines like I've experienced at some of the big-box stores. Audrey was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my questions, and even price matched to help keep my costs down. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. Buying firearms can sometimes feel like a long, drawn-out, all-day process. This was anything but. The entire experience was relaxed, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I'll definitely be back for future purchases and would highly recommend them

I tried to wait patiently the last time but got discouraged and left. Apparently they don't care either. I explained to the lady at her desk next to the front door that I couldn't wait any longer because there's to many other places I could take my business to. She politely said, "that's ok, have a nice day". My feeling is that this family owned business with which seems like at least 10 employees (including office staff) have unfortunately lost all care and concern for new Customers. I gave the 2 stars because I also bought my gun there the month prior. But even then I never felt appreciated. The whole staff, they wander around doing their own thing and completely ignore walk-ins. Got a question, take a #. Never again will I return to this store and I would not recommend them to anyone.

After finishing the rounds I brought, I noticed my groupings were down and to the left. Since I had just installed a new optic, I thought it might not be zeroed correctly. On my way out, I decided to ask for some advice. Mike was extremely kind and took the time to ask a few questions to understand the issue. He then gave me about 36 rounds, told me to grab a new target, and said he'd meet me in a lane. Long story short, he spent 10-15 minutes helping to figure out the problem and got me shooting in the right direction ;) at no cost. I didn't expect that at all and couldn't be more grateful for his time. I also met Steven, the owner, who was just as friendly and took time to answer my questions about purchasing specific firearms. At no point did I feel like a burden. Thanks again for your time, I'll definitely be back, even with a 30-40 minute commute. It's worth it.

First, I felt welcomed and they helped take my relatives through a very thorough and well taught safe gun handling "mini class." The environment is perfect for everyone ranging from newbies to regular firearm owners trying to get practice time in. I live in the South Bay area of LA and I told my husband and brothers I would gladly make the drive out to Riverside just to go to Riverside Magnum Range. We def have found our new range.

I was visiting from out of town (Oakland, CA) and stopped in to shoot. It was a weekend afternoon,…read moreso there was a bit of a wait. All in all, it was worth the wait. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It sounded like they made special accommodations for myself and some other shooters, by opening up the "tactical" range, since there were no members shooting at that time. That was awesome, because it got me on the range sooner. I also brought with me a new firearm - Canik Mete MC9LS with a new optic. I forgot my regular range bag with my tools; however, the range staff allowed me to use one of their tools to adjust my new optic. I don't know how the targets move on the regular range, but on the tactical range, you can push buttons to automatically set the targets at a specified distance, move the targets manually back and forth, and automatically have the target return. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable. $20 per lane and $0.50 targets - WAAAAAY better than prices in the Bay Area. If I were a resident of the area, I'd definitely become a member. (I overheard one of the staff members informing another customer of the benefits and price.). Top Notch outfit in my opinion.

I attended their intro to handguns class, covering the basics of safety and proper form, and getting in some introductory shooting experience. John, our instructor, was very engaging and great at commanding attention when needed and building up the class's confidence. Afterward, I took them up on their 'newbie' offer of free range time and rental after class. Kevin signed me up for a lane, let me rent a couple of handgun models I researched previously, and critiqued my targets, giving some general feedback and advice. He also pointed me toward a couple other models that are known to be more friendly to left-handed shooters that I can test out in the future. Great place; a little on the older and smaller sides, but staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. I get the feeling that as I 'shop around' for my go-to range there's a strong chance I will gravitate back here, since these guys are passionate about what they do, and seem to want to inspire that passion in others. Definitely will make it a point to stop by again.

I don't normally like to put up bad reviews, unless it actually made me mad…read more I was searching for a Staccato HD optic plate for a RMR HD. I called every turners in a 30 mile radius. Finally I called this location. The person on the phone confirmed that they had one. I even made sure to clarify that it's for a RMR HD not a regular RMR. They confirmed it's for an RMR HD. So I drive over an hour and half through Sunday traffic. I asked to show me the Stacatto HD, RMR HD plate. And they pull out a regular RMR plate, not RMR HD. For those of you who don't know, an RMR HD has different dimensions to a regular RMR, so the optic plate they showed me isn't going to work for my application So I explained to them that I need the optic for a "Trijicon RMR HD" not a "regular RMR". The manager explained to me that the optic plate he had presented me is the right one. I explained to them that it's the same footprint but the RMR HD specific plate is moved back to make room for the front sight post, it's almost like Stacatto thought some people might be using a RMR HD or SRO optic. After going back and forth with this dude for a while, I showed him a picture online of the difference between the two plates. I had to explain and reexplain again that the dimensions between the two optics are different, despite having the same footprint print. I had to end the conversation because he was gaslighting me by saying, "ohh, it's for an SRO, you should've just said that, see that, it's says SRO/RMR HD, not just RMR HD". After he said that, I thanked him for his time and walked away. So long story short, I was told something I was looking for, was there but it actually wasn't. And the manager tried to lecture me about things he has no clue about. 10/10 would get passive aggressive again.
