He is patient, kind, supportive, and very knowledgeable. Other than that he is just a nice guy. The kidney disease that I have is very rare and there is no cure or reason for getting it. The doctor I have at this practice has saved my life. If you haven't figured out who he is yet I'll tell you. I call him Doctor M. Really, you have any issues with your kidneys just call his office (he has two) and go see Doctor Mod.... You'll feel better and more confident after you see him. But nobody, not even the good ones, can touch the level of care that Shor provides. He is off-the-charts smart, and he's dedicated to highly individualized care. He is open-minded but conservative, and his instincts are to be relied on without hesitation. He is also an exceptionally kind and decent man. When my daughter was quite ill and running low on options, Shor stepped in and saved the day. Since then, he's provided her with first-rate care as her general practitioner. Don't really know how to put it without sounding over-the-top and silly, but please take my word: He is simply the best there is.

In addition, because you see a physician, not an NP, a lot of stuff that would normally be referred out to specialists can be handled in-house. And both doctors are excellent sources of information for medically complex patients, like my spouse. Office staff is wonderful, and I just cannot say enough good things about this practice.

Also, a few years ago Dr. Eisenbaum diagnosed my mom's best friend with thyroid cancer during a routine physical. She then went to a top thyroid cancer specialist at Johns Hopkins who said that he would not have caught the cancer because there were little to no visible symptoms. It ended up being Anaplastic Thyroid cancer, which is the most rare and serious type, with horrible survival rates. But because it was caught so early thanks to Dr. Eisenbaum, it was successfully removed and my mom's friend is doing well.

As for regular appointments the doctor is usually running a bit behind, I won't lie, but I like him so much I don't mind waiting. In fact I'm not the only one who likes him, my whole family does. My mom, dad, 3 brothers, 2 sister in laws, best friend, and I all go to Dr. Chudha. It's quite amusing actually because sometimes we bump into each other in the waiting room. He's very patient, thorough, can be funny, and makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him.

I lost 17 pounds not quickly, but fairly easily with his guidance. Most stuff can be handled via email so I don't need to take off work. Highly responsive. Not a pill pusher, but highly respects my ability to make choices for my body even if it isn't the choice he would make. Financially I was able to pair his fee with a slightly higher deductible plan at work. The combination of the two was actually less than what I was paying working for a school system and I get significantly better care.

He is a very caring PCP, but I think where he lacks is experience. In all honesty, if you get a cold, or a cut, he is amazing. But if you get a bout of meningitis or another illness which is chronic in nature - i would stay away until his practice matures. I have total faith, it will. He's definitely not a 1 star doc and he is trying his best to be a 5 star. To me, Dr. Joffee is a 2 star only because I have seen better, thats all. In my opinion, to most he is probably a 3-4 stars.

My mom was referred to Dr. Jones by a specialist she really loved who just raved about how sharp he was. So they joined and had a great experience. Very convenient to make appointments, receive emails and calls back often times within an hour. They encouraged me to join and I did. Everything has been great. He takes a lot of time talking to you and understanding your concerns. He's available anytime you need him. And he offers a wealth of knowledge to treat and be proactive and treating any issues. Well worth the additional cost for concierge service. No lines or waiting rooms of sick people. No being rushed when consulting with the doc (each time I've spoken to him in person we spent at least 45 minutes talking). Very glad I joined.

During the Initial meeting he spent ten minutes minimum telling me how he is never on time and I shouldn't expect any timely responses to calls. He was being so thorough with his negative expectations I had to stop him and ask if he really even wanted me as a patient. The one and only time I was sick when he "was my doctor" I tried 6 times to get through to his office with no success, they never answer the phone and do not have an answering service. For a routine physical they made me book 6 months is advance, then the day I showed up they told me they don't take my insurance anymore and he COULDN'T SEE ME. They then said the only way he could see me is to pay out of pocket but I WASN'T ALLOWED TO SUBMIT TO MY INSURANCE (um, what about out of network reimbursement??). I was even considering paying since I had waited 6 months, but then they wouldn't even tell me how much it would cost!!!!!! The doctor did follow up to apologize, but too little too late. I have now had an 8 month relationship with a doctor who obviously does not care about my needs at all. Worst doctor's office experience ever!

To anyone…read morereading this, I'd advise you not to waste your time with Dr. Long: he's quite unprofessional, he's condescending, his bedside manner is AWFUL, he's pushy, is passive-aggressive if he doesn't like you, he doesn't respect patient agency with regards to one's own medical decisions, and at least one of his nurses (Annie) lacks any semblance of professionalism and good bedside manner. In short, you won't be treated with the slightest bit of dignity. With regards to Dr. Long himself, he was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He made it clear that our political views did not align and became borderline hostile when I told him that I did not want the vaccine (I was there for a digestive issue & check-up). He accused me of being "one of those anti-COVID people" because I didn't want the vaccine, when I told him that "we're all anti-COVID", he became snippy, short, and condescending with me. He proceeded to be incredibly patronizing and talked down to me about a number of issues, including incorrectly lecturing me on the mechanism of action of a digestive supplement that I told him I was taking, mere moments after telling me that he had never even heard of it! I know the difference between an osmotic laxative and an irritant, thank you very much. I get the feeling that the doctor was displeased at my responses to his quasi-political interrogation and decided to be a jerk about it after he constantly pressured me to take the vaccine. When I declined, he instantly became passive-aggressive and rude and began trying to lecture me to exact some kind of petty revenge. Quite childish behavior, the likes of which I'd never previously experienced from a medical professional. As for his nurse, Annie, was the first person I saw, and made several off-color comments about height & weight. The first thing she asked me was "why [I] looked so frightened?" (from behind my mask - excuse me, but you don't know me) and was generally rambling on and on about nonsense and blabbering on about things as if she were sitting at her kitchen table and running off her litany of complaints about men to one of her girlfriends. What's more, I don't know about you, but nurses accusing you of fudging your height because I told her I was less than a quarter an inch taller than her measurement, stereotyping you ("Men lie about their height!" - verbatim quote from the nurse), and telling you to smile is not my idea of good bedside manner. Nurse Annie, however, seems to think that all of the above is a great idea and apparently thinks it's endearing to mouth off to people that she's never seen before. An awful patient experience from a miserable office. I'd steer clear of this doctor entirely, he's not worth his salt.
