I recently transferred my account to Fidelity where I can earn a 5% return instead of Cattle Bank's 1.5% return. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, Cattle Bank charged a fee of $50.00 before they made the transfer. THIS FEE IS NOT DISCLOSED ANYWHERE ON THEIR APPLICATION!! They offer zero communicatiob with the depositors. They just set their rules and enforce them. Any problem with their rules and they print off a paper that restates the rules they use. So they dont have any customer service skills either. After their tech upgrade, my new bank cards didnt work. I had to order new ones. My online banking had to be fixed as well. My business has large transactions which they cannot accomadate. Even with time and history, their company policy seems that they believe all depositors are probably scamming them. In the end, I was a depositor for a little over 2 years and had problems of some sort with nearly every transaction save for routine withdrawls and deposits. Anything more complex was the beginning of a nightmare. Fairly imcompetent..
