Dana and Carol gave us a handbook full of information, were organized, enthusiastic, obviously love what they do, and gave clear instructions. Sure - as a previous reviewer said, you can find the same information online, but having it demonstrated and being able to ask questions is invaluable, not to mention the socialization and fun that the puppies partake in. There is just no comparison. Training a puppy is a long term endeavor that can't be accomplished in a few classes, but the Byrnes gave us a great head start and foundation to build on.
