As a first time mom, starting your baby at daycare is inevitably nerve wracking, but the staff was extremely welcoming and has taught both me and my son SO much. We love all the live updates via the app (provides a ton of peace of mind), you have the option to have all diapers & wipes provided for an extra cost and all meals/snacks are provided! We toured a ton of other daycares, and this was hands down the best option for the quality of care and the price. Upper management is extremely organized and commutative. The owner, Mrs. Lynn, is really calm and so insightful. She teaches montessori and trains teachers in boulder. Her dad comes to the school to do the shoveling and gardening. He is a retired doctor and also helps check out the kids if they fall or have any problems. He is really fun to talk to and has some pretty hilarious stories!! It is out on the outskirts of town which is neat. Not a lot of traffic to get to. They also have pets and animals at the school. Drop offs are super easy. They come to your car. It makes the transition easier for the kids. You sign them in and out from your car (unless it's really cold or rainy). This was such a great find!!!! Update: 11/9/14 This school continues to surprise me. I have been helping out a little in my sons preschool classroom and I absolutely love the new teacher Mrs. Katie. She is wonderful with the little ones. I have also been shadowing the elementary teacher. And oh my goodness she is amazing. They are learning college level biology and 6th grade English in the lower level elementary. The elementary teacher mixes Montessori and Core education. She has over 30 years experience teaching. All the children out of the Kindergarten can read before first grade. The Kindergarten teacher is probably one of the best Montessori teachers in Colorado. She trains Montessori teachers in Boulder at MECR. Next week the kindergarten is doing the human body. They have a working heart model complete with chambers. The class ratio as of November is 4 to 1 elementary, 4 to 1 kindergarten, preschool is 10 to 1. i will be keeping my son here as long as possible.

Update 2020-2021: We…read moreloved primrose since 2017 but once the ownership changed and then with Covid, it's been a roller coaster with them. Having to pay tuition (which is already very high) when you kids have to quarantine didn't seem fair to me. Communication with the owner was difficult and we didn't seem to get any of our confusion or frustrations resolved. Now we are dealing with not being able to get our deposit back after our 2 year old daughter couldn't join because she will not keep a mask on. We have tried, there is nothing we can do and it doesn't seem fair to have this policy in place. My biggest grievance since the end of 2021 has been the new director... she is just flat out rude. She has absolutely no customer service etiquette. She is the face of this location and she's awful (sad to say). Her emails aren't professional, she doesn't include attachments or requested info, and sometimes she just doesn't reply until I copy the owner onto the email. She's doing a terrible disservice the the primrose name. The education and the teaching staff have always been great and our son has loved being there since he was 2.5 years old. We've done the summer camps as well which he enjoyed.
