I have been getting my nails done here for two years, and they always look fantastic. However, when issues arise, they don't try to resolve them. Recently, I had an ombre set done, and some of my natural nails started lifting from the acrylic; it had been less than a week since I had them done. I booked an appointment for a new set and mentioned that my nails were under a week old. When they removed the previous nails, one of my natural nails had turned green. Despite this, I was charged for the new set and removing the previous nails. When I questioned this at the front desk, the woman was rude and told me the total amount I needed to pay. I get a new set every few months, and when things lift or there is a problem, they tell me I need a new set done. I have never had my nails removed and reapplied so often, and I have had acrylic nails for twenty years. The last time I had them taken off for a new set, An removed the set by sliding an extension nail underneath and tearing it off the natural nail, which was extremely painful. They are the only salon in town that doesn't offer a two-week guarantee on their nails. read more

I had a full set of gel nails done and I have had better for the same price. When I did ask the nails be a little shorter, the technician gave a deep sigh meaning she was annoyed. She barely spoke to me, so no friendliness to report. As a person who speaks another language fluently, I think it's rude to speak a language only a few can understand and to do it loudly. The ad mentions their intention to provide prompt efficient nail service and they certainly did live up to that in my experience yesterday. I appreciate that they schedule staff to accomodate last minute walk-ins. I had an engaging experience with Gavin and his manager and the other clients around me. I had received a text with an enticing discount commenting on my length of time since my last nail appointment and I spontaineously called for a manicure and a pedicure. After a conversation about my problems with the state of my nails after several months of gel polishes I have made a decision to plan on appointments with Gavin. He is knowledgable, skilled and efficient with the ability to leave me with a pampered experience. read more

This beautiful little nail and spa spot is nestled in the corner of a small shopping plaza around the Cobblestone area of Grande Prairie, AB. The workers are fairly work focused so don't expect much of a conversation. However, what you should look forward to is how poised and determined they are to make sure your visit is always a good one. Firstly, I'm a health and fitness enthusiast I take care of all of me. Once a month, provided my schedule's free, I generally like to get my feet babied for all the torture I put them through. Arrived at this location, and was greeted promptly and offered coffee and a few beverages available for guests to try. I was seated not long after, and played around with the massage chair controls for a bit before my pedicure got started. Within 30 to 45 mins I was out with my feet feeling fresh and ready to take on another beating. I'm not exactly informed on the prices for pedicure in the GP area, but I believe the prices at this location was fair for the work done. I went there today, my friend left with lumpy nails as if they didn't even try to make the nail even they were begging me to pick the colors they wanted and were forcing me to have stickers for extra 5$ I also left the spa with half my nail see through because didn't paint full nail! The staff weren't very friendly and didn't cooperate well. the manger was pretty nice and would explain to them to do what I wanted yet they continued to do what they insisited when I didn't want it. good for pedicures but wouldn't reccomend for acrylic's read more

I went here today with my friends to get our nails done. The staff are not friendly ,they yelled at my one friend and told me that I cant have ombre. They also made my thumb bleed and sting. I asked for matted down nails but she ignored me and continued to do what she wanted. Do not recommend we came out with that we didnt even ask for. They are good on pedicures but I found that there not very good with Acrilics. Manager was really nice and friendly. read more

Terrible service. Took my sister for her birthday hoping for a fun, relaxing afternoon together, but we didn't even get to sit together. The technicians didn't so much as say hi to us the whole time and acted as if doing our nails was a huge burden. The whole thing was not relaxing at all and felt very rushed. I'm from Calgary so picky with my nails So glad I found this place . Such a cute place to get your nails done. Most importantly..... it's CLEAN! I got my nails done here and the nail technician listened to my ideas , clean and well decorated salon! Staff are super welcoming and friendly. They did an amazing job on my manicure. i asked for coffin shaped nails. they are barley that shape. half of them are square and they are all different lengths. as well as the acrylic they used is lumped up under the nails and they do not look that good read more
