They're old-fashioned has an interesting twist and is made with an aged gin. It was good and strong and picture perfect. We also tried the lemon drop. There is nothing quite as refreshing and tasty as a freshly made lemon drop. No artificial anything here. What a wonderful example of the specialized Martini trend made famous through the 90s and early 2000s. We also sampled a Swedish and Danish delicacy known as aquavit. If you are a fan of licorice or ouzo, give this delightfully pungent and aromatic beverage a try. We sampled it straight up, they may have it as a mix in for a drink but I'm not sure. Overall this place is a great experience and really knows their stuff. It was a joy to visit here and I think about it frequently when I remember my trip to Fargo.

When I sat down with my laptop and my delicious beer, it was quiet. Just after I started plugging away on my laptop and sipping at this great beer, the musician started up. He was loud. I'd have been fine if it wasn't super loud. Like if maybe people at nearby tables could have a conversation without shouting. But nope, this was just about concert volume. 78 to 83 decibels which Yale Environmental Health & Safety says, "Level at which sustained exposure may result in hearing loss." The folks at the next table were shouting to continue their conversation. Friendly service. Great little local brewery. But it was one excellent beer and out. Sorry, Swing Barrel. Maybe next time! No food options but looks like they have trucks often. They've got cider, some slushes, sake, and even cocktails. All of them were excellent. I love dry ciders and theirs all lean that way. The orange cream cocktail was super refreshing on a hot day and I'd try any of their creations next time. Finished up with a sake where the full proceeded to the staff as a tip. Love this place and I'm sure to stop by if I'm in the area.

They now have more wines and beers to chose from; and they have a great selection of hard alcohol too. The thing I like the best about them is their beer selection. They have a wonderful microbrew section and it's continually changing throughout the year. Lots of brews here that you won't find anywhere else! What initially got us to visit was one of their Saturday comedy show nights that they hold in their upper level loft. We had no idea how charming and pretty it is out there. We've already been back again and will continue to keep visiting. Wide variety of wine options and they will help you construct different flights. On our second trip, I enjoyed the sangria as it felt like a great thing to drink out in the sun, sitting by the pond. They have some beer options as well. Though I don't believe they have Diet Coke, as I recall them telling a customer that, in case that's your thing. I didn't pay attention to the food menu, which was limited - I think pretzels, Rhombus Guys frozen pizza, a charcuterie type option, maybe more. Check their social media for any food trucks that may be on site that day.
